As she <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thehollywoodgossip.com\/2025\/02\/michelle-trachtenberg-dead-at-39-stars-react-to-stunning-loss\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">reacted<\/a> to the tragic news, her memories came from behind the scenes \u2014 not from a screen.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is the first day I met Michelle,\u201d Lively wrote on her <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/blakelively\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Instagram<\/a> Story on Wednesday alongside a photo of the two.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cShe was electricity. First responders declared her dead at the scene.<\/p>\n<p>We still do not know the cause of death. News that she had reportedly received a liver transplant fairly recently has led people to make many guesses \u2014 without confirmation.<\/p>\n<p>For now, all that we can do is mourn her passing.
