\t\t<\/p>\n Nicole Kidman<\/strong><\/a> is opening up about her career aspirations.<\/p>\n Back in 2017, the 57-year-old Oscar and Emmy winner vowed that she would work with a female director ever 18 months. In the last eight years, Nicole<\/strong> has worked with a female director 19 times, as either an actress or producer, and has more female-directed projects lined up.<\/p>\n While appearing at the TIME Women Of The Year Leadership Forum<\/em> on Tuesday (February 25), Nicole<\/strong> looked back at make the pledge and shared some of the forces that drive her to meet her goals.<\/p>\n Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span>\u201cIt was something I wanted to do because the only way to change the numbers was to actually get in the trenches and do it,\u201d Nicole<\/strong> shared<\/a> about her promise. \u201cAnd so I\u2019m still in the trenches doing it.\u201d<\/p>\n As for the forces that drive her, Nicole<\/strong> said that she wants to give audiences an escape.<\/p>\n \u201cThere\u2019s many different facets to me, as there are to all of us,\u201d Nicole<\/strong> shared. \u201cI\u2019m sort of trying to take a big bite out of the world and what I do, and share my opportunities with other people.\u201d <\/p>\n She then went on to say that she\u2019s eager to make \u201can incredible, incredible love story,\u201d adding that she wants to make a movie about marriage.<\/p>\n \u201cI have the desire to make a film about marriage, like a really, really raw, deep film about marriage and partnership, all of those things,\u201d Nicole<\/strong> said.<\/p>\n In another recent interview, Nicole<\/strong> revealed a key to her \u201csuccessful marriage\u201d<\/a> with Keith Urban<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n FYI: Nicole<\/strong> is wearing an outfit by Miu Miu<\/em>.<\/p>\n <\/span><\/p><\/div>\n
