Fortunately, she has a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thehollywoodgossip.com\/2024\/08\/jana-kramer-blake-lively-it-ends-with-us-dv\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">podcast<\/a> on which to speak her mind.<\/p>\n<p>If you\u2019ve heard anything about Kramer, it\u2019s likely about how her ex <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thehollywoodgossip.com\/2022\/11\/jana-kramer-cheating-mike-caussin-didnt-go-down-on-me-for-years\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">cheated on her<\/a> pretty rampantly.<\/p>\n<p>Now, her marriage to Mike Caussin is in the past. But some of the baggage from that experience still weighs her down.<\/p>\n<p>Literally, in one case. Kramer, as it turned out, had gone through the opposite procedure \u2014 having received implants.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI don\u2019t find it superficial at all in wanting to get a lift and so that you can have that confidence,\u201d Kramer reassured Brust. \u201cYou don\u2019t need that \u2026 if it\u2019s something that you want to maybe for yourself, that\u2019s okay.\u201d<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"instagram-media\" data-instgrm-captioned=\"\" data-instgrm-permalink=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/C_HLG7st3wx\/?utm_source=ig_embed&amp;utm_campaign=loading\" data-instgrm-version=\"14\" style=\" background:#FFF; border:0; border-radius:3px; box-shadow:0 0 1px 0 rgba(0,0,0,0.5),0 1px 10px 0 rgba(0,0,0,0.15); margin: 1px; max-width:540px; min-width:326px; padding:0; width:99.375%; width:-webkit-calc(100% - 2px); width:calc(100% - 2px);\"\/>\n<p>Breast surgery has an infamously painful recovery period. Still, gender-affirming procedures like breast implants, lifts, and reductions are commonplace (yes, breast surgery is gender-affirming, even when cis folks do it). Interestingly, pain was not the <em>One Tree Hill <\/em>alum\u2019s biggest concern.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMy biggest regret with my boobs is that I don\u2019t know if I solely did it for me,\u201d Jana Kramer confessed.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAnd I think that\u2019s what I could say would be my biggest piece of advice\u201d she continued. Rodriguez\/Getty Images)<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-motivated-jana-kramer-to-undergo-her-boob-job\">What motivated Jana Kramer to undergo her boob job?<\/h2>\n<p id=\"mntl-sc-block_11-0\">\u201cI was in a marriage that a husband was cheating all the time,\u201d Jana Kramer recalled without <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thehollywoodgossip.com\/2022\/10\/jana-kramer-my-ex-husband-cheated-on-me-with-over-13-women\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">mentioning Mike Caussin<\/a> by name.<\/p>\n<p id=\"mntl-sc-block_11-0\">\u201cAnd I would see the women that he was cheating with, and I\u2019m like, \u2018I look nothing like them,&#8217;\u201d she shared.<\/p>\n<p id=\"mntl-sc-block_11-0\">\u201cSo when I was presented with it,\u201d Kramer explained, \u201cI thought about it for a while, like, \u2018Maybe if I had bigger boobs, he wouldn\u2019t cheat, or he\u2019d find me sexier or something like that.\u2019\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"instagram-media\" data-instgrm-captioned=\"\" data-instgrm-permalink=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/DAPITQgsEzC\/?utm_source=ig_embed&amp;utm_campaign=loading\" data-instgrm-version=\"14\" style=\" background:#FFF; border:0; border-radius:3px; box-shadow:0 0 1px 0 rgba(0,0,0,0.5),0 1px 10px 0 rgba(0,0,0,0.15); margin: 1px; max-width:540px; min-width:326px; padding:0; width:99.375%; width:-webkit-calc(100% - 2px); width:calc(100% - 2px);\"\/>\n<p>The insecurities that the cheating brought into Jana Kramer\u2019s life were not her sole motivation, however. They just helped to spark the idea of the implants.<\/p>\n<p id=\"mntl-sc-block_16-0\">\u201cI got to a place where I think it was for me,\u201d she emphasized. \u201cAfter the two kids, they just sagged really bad.\u201d<\/p>\n<p id=\"mntl-sc-block_16-0\">Kramer explained: \u201cAnd so, certain things just didn\u2019t go back to looking the same.
