\t\t<\/p>\n Danielle Deadwyler<\/strong><\/a> is the latest star to join the cast of HBO<\/strong><\/a>\u2018s upcoming comedy series!<\/p>\n On Wednesday (February 19), it was announced that the 42-year-old BAFTA-nominated actress has been cast in the upcoming untitled comedy series set on college campus joining previously announced stars Steve Carell<\/strong><\/a>, Charly Clive<\/strong><\/a>, and Phil Dunster<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span>Created and written by Bill Lawrence<\/strong> and Matt Tarses<\/strong>, the single-camera comedy is \u201cset on a college campus, centering on an author\u2019s (Carell<\/strong>) complicated relationship with his daughter (Clive<\/strong>),\u201d according to Deadline<\/a><\/em>.<\/p>\n Danielle <\/strong>will be playing the \u201chead of the English Department at the liberal arts college, a professor of poetry, and a published writer who has instant rapport with Carell<\/strong>\u2019s character.\u201d<\/p>\n Along with starring in the series, Steve<\/strong> will also be serving as an executive producer.<\/p>\n Danielle<\/strong> will next be starring in the new horror movie The Woman in the Yard<\/em>, which hits theaters on March 28.
