I was just like, \u2018This is so cute for Valentine\u2019s Day, oh my gosh!\u2019\u201d she recalled.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFor a split second in my head I thought, This would be so cute if this was an engagement,\u201d Harlow added.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBut I\u2019m also not the type of person who wants to guess or wants to spoil a surprise.
