In a dramatic turn of events, just a week after Justin Baldoni<\/a>\u2018s legal team unveiled a website showcasing alleged \u201creceipts\u201d from the It Ends with Us<\/em><\/a> set, Blake Lively<\/a>\u2018s team has launched an aggressive legal strategy, issuing subpoenas to major telecommunications companies including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, AOL, Cloudflare, Inc., and PR crisis expert Jed Wallace.<\/p>\n

In a statement to Variety<\/em><\/a>, Lively\u2019s attorneys Esra Hudson<\/strong> and Michael Gottlieb<\/strong> declared, \u201cMs. Lively has initiated discovery that will expose the people, tactics, and methods that have worked to \u2018destroy\u2019 and \u2018bury\u2019 her reputation and family over the past year. Subpoenas went out to the entities\u2026 We will now receive all of the \u2018receipts\u2019 that, unsurprisingly, are nowhere to be found on Mr. Freedman\u2019s website, and like Ms. Lively, those \u2018receipts\u2019 will have their day in court.\u201d<\/p>\n

The legal team representing Lively is seeking to examine phone records belonging to Baldoni, This Ends with Us<\/em> producer Jamey Heath<\/strong>, and Wayfarer Studios\u2019 billionaire co-founder Steve Sarowitz<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
