A woman accusing Sean \u2018Diddy\u2019 Combs<\/strong><\/a> of sexual assault has claimed he cursed and said threatening words to her prior to her alleged attack, according to court documents.<\/p>\n

The unnamed woman made the claims, which detailed her version of events that occurred in Los Angeles in 2016,\u00a0 in a complaint filed in the New York State Supreme Court and reported on by People<\/em><\/a> on Thursday, February 13.<\/p>\n

Per the complaint, the woman alleged that after being approached by Combs, 55, and his entourage at an L.A. club, she declined an offer of a drink only for the rapper to respond aggressively.<\/p>\n

\u201cBitch, I\u2019m not asking you. Drink that s\u2013 and shut the f\u2014 up,\u201d he reportedly replied, per the legal document\u2019s claims.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tSean \u201cDiddy\u201d Combs has been accused of forcing two women into \u201cgroup sex\u201d and directing a club promoter to rape one of them in the late \u201880s and \u201890s. In two lawsuits filed with the Supreme Court of the State of New York on Tuesday, February 4, Combs, 55, was the subject of multiple sexual [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

According to the complaint, the woman felt pressured to consume the drink, after which Combs allegedly placed his arm around her, then \u201cshoved his left hand up her skirt, forcefully penetrating her with his fingers while telling the plaintiff, \u201cBitch, I do what I want, take that s\u2014.\u201d<\/p>\n

The complaint also claimed Combs laughed at her attempts to rebuff him and appeared\u00a0 \u201camused by her distress.\u201d<\/p>\n

Combs\u2019 accuser also alleged in the legal document that she felt \u201cfelt dizzy, light-headed, and unable to stand without support\u201d after she returning to her hotel via taxi and the following morning discovered injuries such as tearing and bruising around her genital area, \u201clikely resulting from the assault.\u201d (Combs is not accused of spiking her drink in the complaint.)<\/p>\n

Combs\u2019 attorneys denied the music mogul<\/a> has perpetrated any acts of sexual violence in a statement to Us Weekly<\/em> on Thursday, February 13.<\/p>\n
