\t\t<\/p>\n Matthew Rhys<\/strong><\/a> has a new show in the works at Apple TV+<\/strong><\/a>!<\/p>\n On Tuesday (February 11), it was announced that the 50-year-old Emmy-winning actor has signed on for a leading role in the streaming service\u2019s upcoming series Widow\u2019s Bay<\/em><\/strong> from creator Katie Dippold<\/strong>. <\/p>\n According to Variety<\/a><\/em>, the show is about \u201ca mysteriously cursed New England island and its superstitious citizens, led by a mayor (Rhys<\/strong>) who refuses to believe their warnings.\u201d<\/p>\n Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span>Apple TV+ picked up Widow\u2019s Bay<\/em> for 10 episodes back in September 2024.<\/p>\n Along with starring in the series, Matthew<\/strong> will also be serving as an executive producer.
