All a ruse? Tom Schwartz<\/strong> <\/a>asked Tom Sandoval<\/strong><\/a> to help him figure out his lack of chemistry with Raquel Leviss<\/strong><\/a> \u2014 while his business partner was having a secret affair with her.<\/a><\/p>\n In a clip<\/a> from next week\u2019s episode shared by Bravo on Friday, April 21, Schwartz, 40, discussed the aftermath of his hookup<\/a> with Raquel, 28.<\/p>\n \u201cBy the way, I had a conversation with Raquel. We did not makeout,\u201d the Minnesota native, who shared a steamy moment with the model ahead of Scheana Shay<\/strong><\/a> and Brock Davies<\/strong><\/a>\u2018 August 2022 nuptials, told Sandoval, 40. \u201cI have so much more of an appreciation for Raquel, but I just don\u2019t know why I am not more attracted to her.\u201d<\/p>\n The Fancy AF Cocktails<\/em> co-author, who was dating Ariana Madix<\/strong><\/a> at the time, referred to Raquel as \u201cdope\u201d while reassuring his friend<\/a> that he didn\u2019t \u201chave to be\u201d interested in the SUR waitress.<\/p>\n Schwartz, who called it quits with Katie Maloney<\/strong><\/a> in March 2022, noted that something felt off since he locked lips with the former beauty pageant contestant<\/a>, adding, \u201cThere\u2019s no sexual chemistry. I have this gut feeling that she kind of has a crush on someone else. That\u2019s just it.\u201d<\/p>\n Season 10 largely focused on Schwartz and Raquel\u2019s connection before Us Weekly<\/em> confirmed her offscreen affair with Sandoval<\/a>. As news broke in March that the TomTom co-owner had been unfaithful to Ariana<\/a>, 37, the couple called it quits after nearly a decade of dating.<\/p>\n The California native issued a public apology to Ariana<\/a> at the time, writing via Instagram, \u201cI want to apologize for my actions and my choices foremost to Ariana, and to my friends and the fans so invested in our relationships. There is no excuse, I am not a victim and I must own my actions and I deeply regret hurting Ariana.\u201d<\/p>\n One month later, Schwartz revealed when he found out about Sandoval\u2019s infidelity.<\/a><\/p>\n \u201cI learned about the affair in August. The one-night stand was in August and then it became, from my point of view, it became an emotional affair,\u201d he said on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen<\/em> on April 5. \u201cWhich is still inappropriate, but I didn\u2019t think it was linear. [Then] in January, he came to me and told me that he was in love with Raquel.\u201d<\/p>\n Sandoval, for his part, claimed he tried to end his romance with Ariana<\/a> before his cheating scandal made headlines.<\/p>\n \u201cWe didn\u2019t tell anybody, but she knew,\u201d he alleged on an episode of the \u201cHowie Mandel Does Stuff\u201d podcast earlier this month. \u201cShe was trying to, like convince me not to be broken up \u2026 but that was not the case. She asked me that day as we were leaving about, like \u2014 because we had talked about fertilizing [her] eggs, which I never did. She was like, \u2018So, what do you think about doing a sperm check to fertilize my eggs?\u2019 And I\u2019m like, \u2018What? We\u2019re broken up.\u2019 \u2026 I was like, \u2018We\u2019ll talk about this later, I gotta go do my show.’\u201d<\/p>\n While filming the hit Bravo series, Sandoval publicly addressed the issues he had<\/a> with his then-girlfriend.<\/p>\n \u201cIt is tough sometimes to talk to you about stuff because you never agree with me. I feel like this summer \u2014 for the past few months \u2014 I will explain to you a situation and my point of view,\u201d he said to Ariana during the Wednesday, April 19, episode. \u201cAnd it feels to me like you are very quick to take the other person\u2019s point of view. I don\u2019t want anybody to ever have my back unconditionally, but it sometimes makes me feel like you question my intelligence. You think I am an idiot in some ways or that I am annoying.\u201d<\/p>\n In the teaser for next week\u2019s episode, which will air on Wednesday, April 26, the Missouri native elaborated on their disconnect.<\/a> \u201cIt\u2019s been a little frustrating. We will be in the car, and I will be talking and she f\u2014king comes at me. And I am like, \u2018What is this?’\u201d he shared with Schwartz. \u201cIt hurts my feelings because the person I love thinks I am dumb or annoying.
