Jenelle Evans<\/strong><\/a> showed off her bikini body just one day after revealing she had undergone a procedure on her esophagus.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cOne of the coolest beaches I\u2019ve ever been to! \ud83d\ude0d\ud83c\udf0a\ud83c\udf34\u00a0#TakeMeBack,\u201d the Teen Mom 2<\/em> <\/a>alum, 31, wrote via Instagram on Friday, April 21, alongside a series of throwback photos<\/a> from her time in the sand. In the sultry snaps, a sun-kissed Evans posed in the water while rocking a pink and blue tie-dye two-piece and sunnies.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n The trip down memory lane came one day after the 16 & Pregnant<\/em> alum shared that she was healing from a procedure on her esophagus<\/a>, which is a \u201cmuscular tube that carries food and liquid from your throat to your stomach,\u201d per the Cleveland Clinic<\/a>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cI am this close to falling off the deep end,\u201d she wrote via her Instagram Story on Tuesday, April 18, following her doctor\u2019s appointment. \u201cI know I\u2019m smiling right now but the light inside of me is dying.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n Evans \u2014 who is married to David Eason<\/strong><\/a> \u2014 added that she had \u201cno support\u201d and would appreciate any prayers sent her way. She didn\u2019t expand on why her husband, 34, wasn\u2019t in attendance during the treatment.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n The pair, who began dating in 2015, have faced their fair share of ups and downs throughout their relationship<\/a>. In January 2017, they welcomed their first child together, daughter Ensley, and tied the knot later that year.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/span>(The Read Between the Lines<\/em> author\u00a0<\/span>is also mom to son Jace, whom she welcomed with ex Andrew Lewis<\/strong><\/a> in 2009, and son Kaiser, born in 2003, with ex Nathan Griffith<\/strong><\/a>. Eason, 34, shares daughter Maryssa, 15, with ex Whitney Johnson<\/strong>, and son Kaden, 9, with ex Olivia Leedham<\/strong>.)<\/span><\/p>\n In 2019, the couple lost temporary custody of their children<\/a> after Eason shot and killed the family dog after the pup bit Ensley. Evans also didn\u2019t have primary custody of Jace until this past March, when Us Weekly broke the news that the North Carolina native was granted full custody of the 13-year-old<\/a> after a long legal battle with her mom, Barbara Evans<\/strong><\/a>. (Jenelle initially gave custody of her eldest son to Barbara, 65, shortly after his birth.)<\/span><\/p>\n Jenelle has often been candid about why her body has fluctuated over the years, crediting both her struggles and triumphs. In 2021, she opened up about \u201cgaining weight\u201d \u2014 and subsequently shedding pounds \u2014 after she had been cheated on in 2015 and feeling like \u201cI needed to do something with my body or I wouldn\u2019t be loved.\u201d<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cI looked good, but was I happy? No. Was I trying to impress people?
