What are you talking about? What do you mean?\u2019 He said, \u2018Oh, I know that the producers are really stressed, you know, but I just think it\u2019s amazing that we have a woman who has curves.’\u201d<\/span><\/p>\nDavis was confused.<\/span><\/p>\n\u201cI just think they shouldn\u2019t, you know, put too much pressure on you,\u201d Calabro reportedly said, to which Davis responded, \u201cWhat?\u201d<\/span><\/p>\nFollowing their exchange, \u201cI go to the line producer and I\u2019m like, \u2018Thomas Calabro just told me that you guys are stressing about my weight. Did someone say something? Did Mr. [Aaron<\/strong>] Spelling<\/strong> say something?\u2019 And he was like, \u2018We think you look beautiful,\u2019 and I was like, \u2018Yeah, and?\u2019 He goes, \u2018Just don\u2019t gain any weight,\u2019\u201d Davis remembered.<\/span><\/p>\nShe said that monitoring actors\u2019 weight on set was \u201cnormal for a long time. You could look at it either way. But I mean, there was a lot of stress. If you had hips, it was a situation.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\nBesides Calabro, Davis\u2019 Melrose Place<\/i> costars included Heather Locklear<\/strong> and Courtney Thorne-Smith<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\u201cThere was a general vibe on the set though, that was difficult, about the thinness situation,\u201d she revealed in her People<\/i> interview, adding, \u201cEvery single person was gorgeous and super skinny.
