<\/p>\n Blake Lively<\/strong> <\/a>has reportedly been sued by Justin Baldoni<\/strong><\/a>\u2019s crisis PR team amid the It Ends With Us<\/em> <\/a>costars\u2019 ongoing legal battle.<\/p>\n TMZ<\/em><\/a> reported on Wednesday, February 5, that Lively, 37, was sued by Jed Wallace<\/strong> and his company, Street Relations Inc. Lively named both parties and Baldoni, 41, in her December 2024 complaint, where she sued the It Ends With Us<\/em> director for alleged sexual harassment. (He has denied all allegations<\/a>.)<\/p>\n In the latest lawsuit, Wallace accused Lively of including his firm in the accusations she made against Baldoni \u2014 but claimed she did not mention him or Street Relations in the lawsuit she filed days later. Per TMZ<\/em>, Wallace alleged that the \u201cdamage was done.\u201d<\/p>\n Wallace claimed that Lively asked a judge to authorize the taking of his deposition. He alleged that she falsely accused him of being a subcontractor to a company called TAG to \u201cassist them in their unlawful retaliatory social combat campaign\u201d against Lively.<\/p>\n Wallace claimed that he suffered millions of dollars of harm and an additional sum of over a million in the projected loss to his company.<\/p>\n Us Weekly<\/em> reached out to Wallace and Street Relations Inc. for comment.<\/p>\n Lively\u2019s legal team responded to the filing in a statement to Us<\/em>, which read, \u201cAnother day, another state, another nine-figure lawsuit seeking to sue Ms. Lively \u201cinto oblivion\u201d for speaking out against sexual harassment and retaliation. This is not just a publicity stunt\u2014it is transparent retaliation in response to allegations contained within a sexual harassment and retaliation complaint that Ms. Lively filed with the California Civil Rights Department. While this lawsuit will be dismissed, we are pleased that Mr. Wallace has finally emerged from the shadows, and that he too will be held accountable in federal court.\u201d<\/p>\n After Lively filed her initial suit in December 2024, the director\u2019s lawyer, Bryan Freedman<\/strong>, called the accusations \u201ccompletely false, outrageous and intentionally salacious\u201d in a statement to Us<\/em>. He claimed that Lively filed the lawsuit to \u201cfix her negative reputation\u201d and \u201crehash a narrative\u201d about the movie\u2019s production.<\/p>\n Baldoni fired back with his own $400 million lawsuit against Lively, Ryan Reynolds<\/strong> and publicist Leslie Sloane<\/strong>. Lively\u2019s legal team reacted to the January lawsuit, sharing in part, \u201cThe strategy of attacking the woman is desperate, it does not refute the evidence in Ms. Lively\u2019s complaint, and it will fail.\u201d<\/p>\n The latest lawsuit comes days after Lively and Baldoni\u2019s lawyers met for a pretrial hearing<\/a> on Monday, February 3. In the 90-minute session, Judge Lewis J. Liman<\/strong> noted that the March 9, 2026 trial date could be moved up if the complaints continue to be \u201clitigated in the press,\u201d per Deadline<\/em>.<\/p>\n
