The 47-year-old rapper – who has been married to his other half since 2022 – was previously diagnosed with bipolar following his hospitalisation in 2016 after a “psychiatric emergency”, but Bianca recommended a doctor who gave him a different diagnosis.<\/p>\n

Speaking on ‘The Download’ podcast, he told Justin LaBoy: “My wife took me because she said, \u2018Something about your personality doesn\u2019t feel like it\u2019s bipolar, I\u2019ve seen bipolar before.<\/p>\n

“And come to find out, it\u2019s really a case of autism that I have.\u201d<\/p>\n

The ‘All Falls Down’ hitmaker – who has who shares children North, 11, Saint, eight, Chicago, six, and Psalm, five, with ex-wife Kim Kardashian<\/a> – insisted the new diagnosis has helped him see his behaviour in a different light.<\/p>\n

\nHe added: “You\u2019re like, \u2018Oh man, I\u2019m gonna wear this [Donald] Trump hat \u2018cause I just like Trump in general’.<\/p>\n

\n\u201cAnd when people tell you to not do it…and that\u2019s my problem, when fans tell me to do my album a certain way, I\u2019ll do it the opposite way.\u201d<\/p>\n

\nAnd he insisted his behaviour doesn’t give people around him a chance to “control” him.<\/p>\n

\nHe said: “It\u2019s so difficult for them because this is like a grown man, you can\u2019t tell him.<\/p>\n

\n“You can\u2019t take control of his bank account. You can\u2019t control what I\u2019m saying on Twitter.\u201d<\/p>\n

\nMeanwhile, Ye also admitted he hasn’t taken medication since being newly diagnosed because he doesn’t want to stifle his creativity.<\/p>\n

\nHe explained: \u201cI haven\u2019t taken the medication since I found out it wasn\u2019t bipolar, that it wasn\u2019t the right diagnosis.<\/p>\n

\n\u201cIt\u2019s finding stuff that doesn\u2019t block the creativity, obviously that\u2019s what I bring to the world. It\u2019s worth the ramp up, as long as y\u2019all get the creativity.\u201d<\/p>\n

\nKanye sparked controversy this week after his wife flashed her private parts in a semi-transparent outfit at the Grammy Awards.<\/p>\n

\nAccording to a lip-reading expert, Kanye had instructed his 30-year-old wife to remove her fur coat and \u201cmake a scene\u201d.<\/p>\n

\nIt was reported that the pair had been escorted out of the Crypto.com Arena, but another insider claimed the couple \u201cleft of their own accord\u201d.<\/p>\n
