<\/p>\n Shania Twain<\/a><\/strong> has done it all, but her latest project allowed her to add something very unexpected to her resume: voice of a dancing tongue.<\/p>\n The country superstar, 59, lent her unmistakable vocals to Coffee Mate\u2019s new Super Bowl<\/a> ad for Cold Foam Creamer, which features Twain singing the brand\u2019s \u201cGimme Cold Foam\u201d jingle.<\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s just a really great bop and it sticks in your head,\u201d Twain exclusively told Us<\/em> of the track. \u201cIt\u2019s one of those crazy, definitely can\u2019t-get-it-outta-your-head type of songs, so I already knew that that was a winner. Putting the visual and the music together got me in a real character spirit. I\u2019m like, \u2018OK, right now in my mind, while I\u2019m singing the song, I am a dancing tongue.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n As for how the flirtatious, disembodied tongue plays into all of this, Twain explained it like this: \u201cI think there\u2019s a little bit of a naughty joy in adding a topping because it feels indulgent, it\u2019s creamy and tasty and it\u2019s the extra to your coffee that makes it special. It\u2019s like giving yourself a treat, and so in that sense it\u2019s that there\u2019s something coy about it.\u201d<\/p>\n Recording \u201cGimme Cold Foam\u201d actually marked the first time Twain had worked on new music in a while, and the experience inspired her to get back in the studio. (Her last album, Queen of Me<\/em>, dropped in 2023.)<\/p>\n \u201cIt was fun doing the Cold Foam ad because that\u2019s the latest song I\u2019ve recorded, and it gave me the itch,\u201d she explained. \u201cIt\u2019s like, \u2018OK, yeah, I\u2019m ready to get in there and start recording new music.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n The Grammy winner has spent much of her time lately in Las Vegas for her Come on Over<\/em> residency<\/a> at Planet Hollywood Resort Resort & Casino, but when that wraps up later this month, she\u2019s planning to focus on her new music. She\u2019s also heading out on the road this summer for a string of outdoor dates across the United States and her native Canada.<\/p>\n \u201cAnd then I\u2019m ending my live stage chapter for a little while, while I start my new chapter of making an album,\u201d she told Us<\/em>.<\/p>\n
