Having bought land in North Carolina, she was finally ready to make her move. And to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thehollywoodgossip.com\/2025\/01\/janelle-brown-im-moving-on-in-2025\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">move on<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>She did not go alone. Christine Brown and her husband, David Woolley, accompanied her on the drive across all of the way from Mountain Time to <s>normal<\/s> East Coast time.<\/p>\n<p>On their journey, Christine and Janelle discussed their ended marriages to Kody Brown. That ended when they two obtained a legal \u2014 but not spiritual \u2014 divorce so that he could marry Robyn and adopt her children.<\/p>\n<p>Meri received a spiritual release from the marriage through the Brown family\u2019s former church. And Janelle wondered if she should follow in her footsteps.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI know Meri has just recently gotten a release like what we call a release, which is a divorce. That\u2019s a dogma I used to hear and I used to be like, \u2018OK, whatever.&#8217;\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Simply put, she didn\u2019t want to have sex just to finalize a spiritual divorce. And Christine gave a tongue-in-cheek: \u201cGo have\u00a0sex\u00a0with somebody, then that marriage is over.
