In July 2021, Demi uploaded two mirror selfies while donning a tiny black two-piece during a vacation in Greece. \u201cGetting ready for another day in paradise,\u201d she captioned the pic.<\/span><\/p>\n During her luxurious getaway, Demi was spotted on the beautiful beaches of Mykonos, where she enjoyed an outing with her eldest daughter, Rumer Willis<\/strong><\/a>. The mother-daughter duo looked incredible<\/a> in their strappy bikinis as they relaxed on their beach chairs and took in the summer sun. Jane<\/span><\/i> actress once credited her vegan diet<\/a> and yoga for her trim physique, saying she typically eats raw foods, a lot of greens, fruits and nuts.<\/span><\/p>\n Though Demi has an amazing physique, she revealed she struggled with body image. <\/span>\u201cI didn\u2019t feel like I could stop exercising,\u201d she wrote,\u00a0 attributing her gym infatuation to the 1992 film A Few Good Men<\/em>, which required her to fit into a military uniform.<\/p>\n \u201cGetting in shape for that movie launched the obsession with working out that would consume me over the next five years. I never dared let up,\u201d Demi recalled. Her desire to lose weight was increased after the birth of her second daughter, Scout<\/strong><\/a>,<\/span>\u00a0whom she shares with ex-husband, Bruce Willis<\/strong><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n When it came to filming 1993\u2019s Indecent Proposal<\/em>, Demi explained, \u201cI would be on display again, and all I could think about was my body, my body, my body.\u201d She continued, \u201cI doubled down on my already over-the-top exercise routine.
