The dress was cinched at the waist, showcasing her hourglass figure. However, it was hard for several Instagram users to notice anything but her chest.<\/p>\n \u201cOh them thangs must be NEW NEW,\u201d wrote one person, implying that Kylie had gone under the knife for a breast augmentation.<\/p>\n Another person added, \u201cThat\u2019s why you haven\u2019t been posting got that work done.\u201d<\/p>\n A third commenter wrote, \u201cI couldn\u2019t keep my eyes up. I\u2019m so sorry.\u201d<\/p>\n While Kylie has denied having any plastic surgery done on her face<\/a> in the past, she has admitted to getting a boob job. Kylie has not commented on the latest speculation.
