Former \u2018NSync<\/a> <\/strong>star Joey Fatone<\/strong><\/a> is still eager for an official reunion \u2014 even though his four former bandmates got together last week without him.<\/p>\n

Lance Bass<\/a>, JC Chasez<\/a><\/strong> and Chris Kirkpatrick<\/strong><\/a> all went along to Justin Timberlake<\/strong><\/a>\u2018s show\u00a0on Monday, January 20<\/a>, while Fatone was busy on Broadway in & Juliet<\/em>. Bass wrote via Instagram<\/a>, \u201cIn honor of Joey\u2019s Broadway debut tonight, we had a date night without him\u201d \u2014 but thankfully Fatone, 48, has taken the snub in good humor and still wants to reunite properly.<\/p>\n

\u201cI texted them, I said \u2018you sons of bee-yatches!\u2019\u201d he told E! News<\/em><\/a>, when asked if the beloved boy band were planning a reunion tour. \u201cThat\u2019s why I\u2019m trying to get these guys together, so we can have that conversation.\u201d<\/p>\n

Fatone added that he has now invited his old friends to come and see his Broadway show, in the hope that they can talk afterwards about the much-anticipated \u2014\u00a0especially by Fatone \u2014 reunion.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tThere are no current plans for an \u2018NSync reunion tour, but if anything changes, Joey Fatone has already drawn up ideas. \u201cThe hardest part about that is, I think, we all [haven\u2019t] had our brains together in a long time,\u201d Fatone, 47, exclusively told Us Weekly at \u201890s Con on Friday, September 13. \u201cAll of [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

He previously told the New York Post<\/em> that the fivesome were hoping to make firm plans soon. \u201cThat\u2019s really what it boils down to,\u201d he said. \u201cAnd we\u2019re gonna hopefully do that soon. We keep saying soon, but it\u2019s getting where it\u2019s like either s\u2014 or get off the pot. Let\u2019s be real.\u201d<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, a planned biopic of the boy band is on hold, according to The Hollywood Reporter<\/em><\/a>. The movie, which has producer Neal H.Moritz<\/strong> behind it \u2014 best known for The Fast and the Furious<\/em> and Sonic the Hedgehog<\/em>\u00a0\u2014 would focus on the group\u2019s success in the aftermath of their legal battle with former manager Lou Pearlman<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
