Love Is Blind<\/em><\/a> stars Taylor Krause<\/strong> and Garrett Josemans<\/strong> open up about their decision to move to Washington, D.C., after relocating to California during an exclusive interview with Life & Style<\/em>.<\/p>\n \u201cWe\u2019re both really excited to, you know, announce it,\u201d Garrett, 33, tells Life & Style<\/em> while discussing their partnership with International Delight<\/a>. \u201cWe\u2019re moving to D.C. We\u2019re excited about that in the next couple months, too.\u201d<\/p>\n After noting that \u201ccommunity is a big thing\u201d for both him and Taylor, 29, Garrett adds that they\u2019re \u201cboth excited about now moving to D.C. and nurturing that community aspect of wherever we end up and really giving back to the community and being more involved in events.\u201d<\/p>\n He says that they\u2019re looking forward to \u201creally making D.C. feel like home for us.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cI lived there for over five years and Garrett hasn\u2019t lived in D.C.,\u201d Taylor says, pointing out that Garrett grew up not too far away in Fredericksburg, Virginia.<\/p>\n Before they got married during season 7 of <\/span>Love Is Blind<\/span><\/i><\/a>, fans watched <\/span>Taylor and Garrett discuss her interest<\/span><\/a> in moving from D.C. to San Diego, California, to be closer to her family. However, they revealed during the reunion that they were planning to move back east.<\/p>\n \u201cI think it\u2019s just a really great compromise,\u201d Taylor says. \u201cWe\u2019re both really excited about it and we\u2019re gonna do that in the next couple of months and I\u2019m sure we\u2019re gonna grow from doing our first big move together.\u201d<\/p>\n While Garrett and Taylor don\u2019t get to see their Love Is Blind<\/em> costars as much as they would like, they tell Life & Style<\/em> that moving to D.C. will give them more opportunities to see everyone.<\/p>\n \u201cWe stay in touch with them, but, you know, we\u2019re not super close,\u201d Garrett says of their relationship with their costars. \u201cI think because of just proximity \u2026 We\u2019re hoping that\u2019ll change over the next couple months and we\u2019ll get to hang out with them more and become closer to them.\u201d<\/p>\n Taylor adds that she has \u201cmissed a lot of the girls\u2019 events\u201d due to not being in D.C., but plans on participating in more in the future once they move.<\/p>\n In addition to discussing their plans to move, the couple also open up about their partnership<\/span><\/a> with International Delight amid the brand\u2019s limited-edition Love is Blind Creamers and Iced Coffee. Not only are they offering new flavors, but International Delight is also giving single fans the chance to find someone truly special through its <\/span>Blind Coffee Date Delivery Contest<\/span><\/a>.<\/p>\n \u201cThe blind dating contest is very exciting,\u201d Garrett shares about the partnership. \u201cThey employed us as matchmakers and I think that\u2019s one of the things that really drew us to it.\u201d<\/p>\n Taylor makes it clear she likes the \u201creally cool\u201d flavors, including wedding cake and chocolate covered strawberries. She adds that they wanted to work with the brand because they both \u201cgrew up loving\u201d it. She also likes that the blind date initiative is offering \u201ca cool experience to some people that might not otherwise get the opportunity.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
