Sof\u00eda Vergara<\/strong><\/a> is being labeled the \u201crudest celebrity\u201d by a former Modern Family<\/em> costar, and a source exclusively tells Life & Style<\/em> she\u2019s been shaken up by the accusation while vowing to defend herself from allegations of diva behavior that she feels are upsetting and untrue.<\/span><\/p>\n Kelly Mantle<\/strong>, who guest starred on the series that made Sof\u00eda, 52, a household name in the 2019 episode \u201cThe Last Halloween,\u201d opened up about the Griselda<\/em> star\u2019s behavior on set and accused her of acting like a Hollywood princess behind the scenes during an appearance on the podcast \u201cThe Bald and the Beautiful with Trixie and Katya\u201d in January.<\/span><\/p>\n Discussing a meltdown she alleges Sof\u00eda had over a wig<\/a>, Kelly, 48, described the actress as the \u201crudest celebrity\u201d she\u2019s ever encountered, adding that being on set with her \u201cwas not the most pleasant experience I\u2019ve ever experienced.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n The singer and actress clarified that Sof\u00eda\u2019s ire \u201cwasn\u2019t toward me,\u201d but said, \u201cIt was the way that some of her staff were being treated\u201d that really made her cringe.<\/span><\/p>\n Though, the insider, who is close with the Colombian native, says \u201cSof\u00eda is dumbfounded by this<\/a>,\u201d and that \u201cshe really doesn\u2019t understand where this is coming from, or why it\u2019s coming out now.\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
