Anderson admitted that she had previously told directors she wanted to \u201clet everything go\u201d from her past, until she realized the power of bringing her younger self into her performances. \u201cI\u2019m not ashamed of my life,\u201d she said. \u201cI don\u2019t need to let anything go.\u201d<\/p>\n
