In fact, she praised Grant effusively throughout their interview.<\/p>\n<p>She just thinks dating shows are a dumb idea, and everyone involved would be better off going on Tinder. She might have a point there!<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m going to kick off with my usual question,\u201d Kelly said to Grant. \u201cI\u2019m sure they prepped you for me. Thirty-one years old, look at this guy. Gorgeous.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Kelly\u2019s husband and co-host, Mark Consuelos, chimed in, \u201cGood-looking guy. When that ended he was \u201csingle for a while,\u201d and it was his mother who decided that he should take his chances on TV.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAnd then my mom, she saw <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.thehollywoodgossip.com\/2024\/06\/gerry-turner-divorced-golden-bachelor-lead-finalizes-split-from-theresa-nist\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">The Golden Bachelor<\/a><\/em>, and she signed me up,\u201d he shared.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFor <em>The Golden Bachelor<\/em>?!\u201d a confused Kelly asked (via <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yahoo.com\/entertainment\/kelly-ripa-questions-why-gorgeous-155536742.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Yahoo! News<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Grant clarified that his mother encouraged him to sign up for the OG version of the show.
