Dave Franco<\/strong><\/a> and Alison Brie<\/strong><\/a> pose together while attending the premiere of their new movie Together<\/em> at Eccles Theatre on Sunday (January 26) in Park City, Utah.<\/p>\n The married couple and co-stars were joined their writer and director Michael Shanks <\/strong>for the event, which was held during the 2025 Sundance Film Festival<\/strong><\/a><\/em>. <\/p>\n While attending another event over the weekend, Dave<\/strong> and Alison <\/strong>dished on what it\u2019s like working together and revealed something that they never do on set when filming. <\/p>\n Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n \u201cWe love it and we want to keep going,\u201d Dave<\/strong> told Variety<\/a><\/em>. \u201cAs long as people let us keep doing it, we feel like we\u2019re getting away with something. For whatever reason, we work really well together. When we\u2019re acting together, we\u2019re so comfortable with each other and we can take more risks with the material. If one of us has an inauthentic moment the other sees it right away, so we have to do our best work.\u201d<\/p>\n While on set together, Alison<\/strong> said, \u201cWe\u2019re never giving each other notes because\u2026it\u2019s just like ew, I can tell that was false and I know Dave <\/strong>knows.\u201d<\/p>\n This isn\u2019t the first time they\u2019ve worked together, and it\u2019s actually their fifth project, following Somebody That I Used to Know<\/em>, The Rental<\/em>, The Disaster Artist<\/em>, and The Little Hours<\/em>.<\/p>\n \u201cWe don\u2019t want to burn people out on us,\u201d Dave<\/strong> said of working apart. \u201cIt\u2019s nice to go off and then get excited again about working together.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s helpful in maintaining our own independence. Plus, I love watching Dave<\/strong>\u2019s work,\u201d Alison <\/strong>added. \u201cSo it\u2019s fun when you go off and do your own work because it\u2019s a treat for me to watch it. Also, it\u2019s good to work with other people who you are not married to and have new experiences.
