Ashley Tisdale<\/a>‘s daughter thought her ‘High School Musical’ co-star Zac Efron was her father.<\/p>\n

Ashley Tisdale’s little girl mistook Zac Efron for her father after watching ‘High School Musical’<\/p>\n

The 39-year-old actress portrayed Sharpay Evans in the Disney Channel hit alongside Zac’s Troy Bolton and when her three-year-old daughter Jupiter\u2019s actual dad, Christopher French, showed his little girl the 2006 musical movie, “about a year ago”, she asked if the 37-year-old actor was her pop.<\/p>\n

Speaking on the \u2018Breaking Beauty Podcast\u2019, Ashley recalled: \u201cShe thought Zac Efron<\/a> was her dad.<\/p>\n

\u201cI was like, \u2018No, that\u2019s not daddy. Just cause they [both] have dark hair, it\u2019s not daddy.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

Ashley \u2013 who also has four-month-old Emerson with her spouse \u2013 explained that her daughter is starting to establish that her mom is famous, but she doesn\u2019t quite understand acting yet.<\/p>\n

\nThe former \u2018The Suite Life of Zack and Cody\u2019 star added: \u201cShe did start to get to the age where she\u2019s questioning why people take pictures with me. And I truly did not know how to answer that.<\/p>\n

\n\u201cI just said, \u2018I don’t know.\u2019 I think she actually thinks you just take pictures with people.\u201d<\/p>\n

\nMeanwhile, another Hollywood star has a sweet bond with Jupiter.<\/p>\n

\n\u2018Elvis\u2019 star Austin Butler, 33, has been friends with Ashley since they were young and loves being a \u201cfun uncle\u201d figure. <\/p>\n

\nSpeaking at the premiere for his recent movie \u2018Bikeriders\u2019, he shared: \u201cI play with the toys and whatnot, and then I can go home at the end of the day.\u201d<\/p>\n

\nPraising Ashley\u2019s parenting, he added: \u201cI feel so honoured to be a part of her life and to get to know her children.\u201d<\/p>\n

\nAshley and Austin met after they starred in the 2009 animation \u2018Aliens in the Attic\u2019 and also shared the screen in 2011′ romantic-comedy \u2018Sharpay’s Fabulous Adventure\u2019.<\/p>\n

\nAustin also used to date Ashley\u2019s \u2018High School Musical\u2019 co-star Vanessa Hudgens, 36.<\/p>\n
