Selling the OC<\/i><\/a> is coming back to Netflix!<\/span><\/p>\n

The streamer confirmed on Friday, January 24 that the series will return for season 4, with production now underway and a release date to be announced later.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cA lot has changed in the real lives of those agents since Season 3, so it\u2019s exciting to get back down there,\u201d series creator Adam DiVello<\/strong> said in a statement, per Netflix<\/span><\/a>. He teased that there\u2019s \u201ca lot of new faces\u201d this time around \u2014\u00a0watch out, Orange County.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cThey are just crushing it down there,\u201d DiVello said of his cast of high-end real estate agents.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tA reality television career can be tough on a marriage, but few unscripted series have a higher divorce rate than Netflix\u2019s Selling Sunset franchise. Several stars of the real estate series have seen their marriages fall apart since the OG show\u2019s March 2019 debut. Chrishell Stause became the first victim of what some have called [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Selling the OC <\/i>premiered in 2022 as a spinoff of its popular sibling show Selling Sunset. <\/i>The West Coast franchise centers on employees of the Oppenheim Group, a luxury firm, as they navigate their personal and professional lives.<\/span><\/p>\n

The OC edition has starred the firm\u2019s founder, Jason Oppenheim<\/strong>, as well as his staffers Alex Hall<\/strong>, Alexandra Jarvis<\/strong>, Alexandra Rose<\/strong>, Brandi Marshall<\/strong>, Gio Helou<\/strong>, Kayla Cardona<\/strong>, Polly Brindle<\/strong>, Austin Victoria<\/strong> and Tyler Stanaland<\/strong>, the source of much drama<\/span><\/a> both onscreen and off as he re-entered single life amid his split from ex-wife Brittany Snow<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cHe basically came into filming saying \u2014 once we started all to become friends and confide in each other and trauma bonding \u2014 he told us, \u2018Oh yeah, my wife [Snow] said that we\u2019re basically getting a divorce because I went on the show,\u2019\u201d Hall, 35, claimed in a May 2024 podcast interview.<\/span><\/p>\n

Hall had felt compelled to share her side of the story after being accused of getting flirty with Stanaland<\/span><\/a>, 35, prior to his separation from Snow, 38. (Stanaland and the Pitch Perfect<\/i> actress parted ways one month after\u00a0<\/span>the show\u2019s debut. Snow\u00a0<\/span>filed for divorce in January 2023, and the exes reached a settlement later that year.<\/span><\/a>)<\/span><\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tThe Alexandras are fighting \u2014 and Us is here to break it all down. Season 2 of Selling the OC, which started streaming on Netflix Friday, September 8, introduced viewers to a fourth woman named \u201cAlexandra\u201d: Alexandra \u201cAli\u201d Harper. She joins returning cast members Alexandra Rose, Alexandra Jarvis and Alexandra \u201cAlex\u201d Hall, prompting the Oppenheim [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cSadly, there\u2019s so many other altercations that happened throughout filming on our show with other women, with this man, with Tyler,\u201d Hall recalled last year. \u201cSeason 1, one of the girls in the office was trying to, like, seduce Tyler and make out with Tyler.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

During the Selling the OC <\/i>season 2 finale in September 2023, Hall and Stanaland expressed their feelings for each other and shared a steamy kiss<\/span><\/a> in a hot tub.<\/span><\/p>\n
