\t\t<\/p>\n The 2025 Oscars<\/strong><\/a> haven\u2019t even taken place yet, but Timothee Chalamet<\/strong><\/a> is already making history. <\/p>\n On Thursday (January 23), the Academy rolled out the nominations for the 2025 ceremony<\/a>, which takes place on March 2. Timothee<\/strong> scored a Best Actor nod for his performance in A Complete Unknown<\/em>, the Bob Dylan<\/strong><\/a> biopic. <\/p>\n This marks Timothee<\/strong>\u2018s second nomination in the Best Actor category before the age of 30. He is now one of the youngest actors to receive two nods in the category. Only two other stars have achieved this feat, and the last did so in the \u201950s.<\/p>\n Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n According to reporting by Variety<\/a>, James Dean<\/strong> was the last actor to receive two Best Actor nominations before the age of 30. He was posthumously nominated for East of Eden<\/em> and Giant<\/em> after passing away at the age of 24 in 1955. <\/p>\n Mickey Rooney<\/strong> also received two nominations for Babes in Arms<\/em> and The Human Comedy<\/em> before 30. His second nomination was in 1943.<\/p>\n If he wins Best Actor, Timothee<\/strong> will become the youngest star to take home the prize<\/a>.
