Baby debate?\u00a0Vanderpump Rules<\/em><\/a> offered a glimpse at Tom Sandoval<\/strong><\/a> and Ariana Madix<\/strong><\/a>\u2018s journey to freeze embryos after the bar owner recently claimed he wasn\u2019t onboard<\/a> with the idea.<\/p>\n During a new episode, which aired on Wednesday, April 19, the former couple discussed their fertility plans on screen<\/a>. \u201cIf you have s\u2014t sperm, I don\u2019t want it going anywhere my s\u2014t that I worked really hard to have harvested from my body,\u201d the Florida native, 37, joked while listing the ways Tom, 40, should prepare for his sperm donation.<\/p>\n In a confessional, Ariana broke down why she chose to freeze her eggs<\/a>. \u201cTwo years ago, I froze my eggs and I was able to retrieve 26 of them which is really good. Like incredible. Good job, ovaries,\u201d she explained. \u201cMy stance on all things related to being pregnant and giving birth has not really changed. It is just that I don\u2019t like biological clocks having the power to run anything. Those eggs are more viable as fertilized embryos.\u201d<\/p>\n The TomTom co-owner, for his part, wasn\u2019t thrilled when Ariana told him she didn\u2019t \u201creally care\u201d if they ultimately had a family.<\/a><\/p>\n \u201cLast year when Ariana asked me to fertilize her eggs, I was excited,\u201d he told the cameras in a scene seemingly filmed in September 2022. \u201cBut why would Ariana want me to fertilize her eggs when we might or might not have kids or whatever she decides?\u201d<\/p>\n While season 10 continues to air on Bravo, Tom and Ariana\u2019s love life made headlines in March when news broke<\/a> of his affair with Raquel Leviss<\/strong><\/a>. The Missouri native\u2019s nearly decade-long relationship with Ariana<\/a> ultimately came to an end due to his infidelity, which started in August 2022.<\/p>\n Tom, however, claimed he tried to end his romance with Ariana one month before<\/a> his cheating scandal \u2014 and further detailed their contention over their fertility<\/a> journey.<\/p>\n \u201cWe didn\u2019t tell anybody, but she knew,\u201d he alleged on an episode of the \u201cHowie Mandel Does Stuff\u201d podcast earlier this month. \u201cShe was trying to, like convince me not to be broken up \u2026 but that was not the case. She asked me that day as we were leaving about, like \u2014 because we had talked about fertilizing [her] eggs, which I never did. She was like, \u2018So, what do you think about doing a sperm check to fertilize my eggs?\u2019 And I\u2019m like, \u2018What? We\u2019re broken up.\u2019 \u2026 I was like, \u2018We\u2019ll talk about this later, I gotta go do my show.’\u201d<\/p>\n According to Tom, the former SUR bartender was \u201cfully in denial\u201d about their breakup<\/a>. \u201cIt scared me. It really scared me,\u201d he said after claiming he and Ariana parted ways on Valentine\u2019s Day<\/a>. \u201cThat\u2019s why, like you say, \u2018Why didn\u2019t you just break up with her then?\u2019 It\u2019s because of the threat of \u2026 self-sabotaging. And you know how f\u2013king \u2014 how much that hurts me?\u201d<\/p>\n The Tom Sandoval & the Most Extras frontman also broke down the personal issues that made him want to change<\/a> his life. \u201cAs I turned 40, I started to look at my life and it looked very bleak,\u201d he detailed. \u201cI started to lose my optimism in life and my drive. I started to feel trapped. I started thinking like, \u2018I don\u2019t need this house, I don\u2019t need this s\u2013t, but I feel like I need to make a change to feel motivated, to feel optimistic again.’\u201d<\/p>\n While filming Vanderpump Rules<\/em>, Tom questioned his then-girlfriend\u2019s support for him.<\/a><\/p>\n \u201cIt is tough sometimes to talk to you about stuff because you never agree with me. I feel like this summer \u2014 for the past few months \u2014 I will explain to you a situation and my point of view,\u201d he said to Ariana during Wednesday\u2019s episode. \u201cAnd it feels to me like you are very quick to take the other person\u2019s point of view. I don\u2019t want anybody to ever have my back unconditionally, but it sometimes makes me feel like you question my intelligence. You think I am an idiot in some ways or that I am annoying.\u201d<\/p>\n In the trailer for next week\u2019s episode, Sandoval continued to voice his concerns<\/a>, telling business partner Tom Schwartz<\/strong><\/a>, \u201cIt\u2019s been a little frustrating. We will be in the car, and I will be talking and she f\u2014king comes at me. And I am like, \u2018What is this?’\u201d<\/p>\n Ariana, meanwhile, has yet to publicly address Sandoval\u2019s claims<\/a>.
