The Hills<\/em><\/a> alum Lauren \u201cLo\u201d Bosworth<\/strong><\/a> is engaged after her boyfriend, Domenic \u201cDom\u201d Natale<\/strong>, popped the question.<\/p>\n Lo, 38, revealed the news by sharing a photo of herself and Dom via Instagram<\/a> on Tuesday, January 21.<\/p>\n \u201cFor you, my darling, it could only be a \u2018yes,\u2019\u201d the former MTV star wrote alongside the black and white photo. \u201cThank you for being the best that one could be, for me. All my love, L.\u201d<\/p>\n Lo and Dom have kept their relationship out of the spotlight and little is known about her groom-to-be. However, that\u2019s a far cry from Lo\u2019s teenage years when she made her reality TV debut on Laguna Beach<\/em> in 2004. The series ended after three seasons in November 2006, but MTV took a chance and followed several of the stars as they embarked on life after graduation in the show The Hills<\/em>.<\/p>\n During Lo\u2019s time on The Hills<\/em>, fans saw her date costar Scott Hochstadt<\/strong>. In the series finale, the two moved in together, but by 2010, Scott, 48, and Lo had called it quits.<\/p>\n \u201cLo and Scott are no longer together but remain good friends,\u201d a spokesperson for Lo told Us Weekly<\/em><\/a> in an article published on December 17, 2010.<\/p>\n The former Love Wellness CEO had previously told the outlet that Scott might be \u201cthe one,\u201d but sources later said that their relationship began to crumble in the last quarter of 2010.<\/p>\n \u201cThey had talked about getting engaged quite a bit, but over the last couple of weeks it really unraveled \u2026 The age difference was a lot, and they are at different places in their lives,\u201d the insider explained to the publication. \u201cThey are taking it slow as friends. Scott loves her family, she loves his family, and all their friends are heartbroken but they couldn\u2019t make it work anymore.\u201d<\/p>\n After her time on The Hills<\/em>, Lo moved to New York City and away from reality TV. She spoke to Life & Styl<\/em>e about her decision to opt for life that didn\u2019t include cameras filming her every move<\/a>.<\/p>\n \u201cI was watching [Keeping Up With<\/em>] the Kardashians<\/em> and it was a blast from the past for me,\u201d Lo told Life & Style<\/em> in 2017. \u201cI remember how uncomfortable I felt so often being on a TV show like that\u2026 I was like, \u2018Oh, I really don\u2019t ever want to do a show like this again,\u2019 because it feels so invasive at times.\u201d<\/p>\n In 2019, MTV decided to reboot The Hills<\/em> with The Hills: New Beginnings<\/em>, but Lo stuck by her decision and said she wouldn\u2019t be making a cameo<\/a> in the new show.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019ve lived in New York since 2012. I haven\u2019t been on TV in so long, and so the idea of opening up my personal life is not that appealing at this point,\u201d she exclusively told Life & Style<\/em> in October 2019. \u201cI\u2019m almost 33 and I go to work every day and I have an amazing team and people who rely on me. And so it just didn\u2019t feel like the appropriate choice for where I\u2019m at in life right now.\u201d<\/p>\n However, she had no harsh feelings about the reboot.<\/p>\n \u201cI admire from afar!\u201d Lo said. \u201cI admire from New York, and I wave and say hello!\u201d<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
