The retired actress explained her departure to comedian\u00a0Kevin Hart<\/b><\/a>\u00a0in April 2021 while appearing on his Peacock talk show\u00a0Hart to Heart.<\/i>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cFor me, I just really wanted to make my life manageable by me,\u201d the\u00a0Charlie\u2019s Angels<\/i>\u00a0star explained. \u201cMy routine in a day is literally what I can manage to do by myself.\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n She also admitted to feeling like her life was \u201chanded off to other people\u201d at the height of her stardom<\/a>. The My Sister\u2019s Keeper<\/i>\u00a0actress then mentioned that she realized she wouldn\u2019t have even had time to start a family with husband, Good Charlotte band member Bendji Madden<\/b><\/a>, as a result of her lifestyle. <\/span><\/p>\n \u201cActually, not just have the time for but [I] didn\u2019t have the space to make the right decisions for me at the time to bring that in,\u201d she added.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n However, Cameron changed her mind about the spotlight and decided to come out of retirement<\/a> to star alongside\u00a0Jamie Foxx<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0in Netflix\u2019s action-comedy\u00a0Back in Action<\/em>, which began filming in December 2022.<\/p>\n Another well-known name who quit fame is former royal and actress,\u00a0Meghan Markle<\/b><\/a>, who left the acting world shortly before marrying<\/a> husband\u00a0Prince Harry<\/b><\/a>. One of Meghan\u2019s most famous roles was in the TV series\u00a0Suits<\/i><\/a>\u00a0when she portrayed Rachel Zane from 2011 to 2018.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Speaking about her departure from Hollywood in an interview that aired on the BBC<\/a> in 2017, Meghan explained that she \u201cdidn\u2019t see it as giving anything up.\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cI just see it as a change. It\u2019s a new chapter,\u201d the former actress said. \u201cAnd keep in mind I\u2019ve been working on my show for seven years. We were very fortunate to have that sort of longevity on a series.
