When asked during a September 2024 interview with CBS Sunday Morning<\/em><\/a> about what she sees when she looks in the mirror, Demi gave a candid response.<\/p>\n

\u201cUhm, it fluctuates. Some days I look and I\u2019m like, \u2018Wow. That\u2019s pretty good.\u2019\u00a0 And some days, I catch myself dissecting, hyper-focusing on, you know, things that I don\u2019t like,\u201d she explained. \u201cThe difference is, now I can catch myself. I can go, \u2018Yeah, I don\u2019t like that loose skin.\u2019 But, you know, it is what it is. So, I\u2019m gonna make the best of what is, as opposed to chasing what isn\u2019t.\u201d<\/p>\n

When asked for an example, Demi said, \u201cI used to think, \u2018Oh, like my face, it\u2019s like, oh so, like, chubby. I have no angles. I have nothing.\u2019 And then you\u2019re like, \u2018Yeah, but now it\u2019s, like, loose!\u2019 I wouldn\u2019t mind some of that chubbiness back, in the right places!\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
