\t\t<\/p>\n The numbers are in for the 2025 Inauguration<\/strong><\/a><\/em> where Donald Trump<\/strong><\/a> was sworn in as the 47th President of the United States.<\/p>\n Taking place on Monday (January 20), the event was broadcast across nearly ever major network and the viewership numbers have now been unveiled by Nielsen.<\/p>\n Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Via Variety<\/a><\/em>, an average of 24.6 million people tuned in to watch the Inauguration<\/a>, which marks the lowest number from the past three inaugurations, including Trump<\/strong>\u2018s first one in 2017.<\/p>\n In 2021, 33.8 million viewers watched as Joe Biden<\/strong><\/a> was sworn in as the 46th President, while 31 million viewers tuned in for Trump<\/strong>\u2018s first swearing in in 2017.<\/p>\n This year\u2019s viewership numbers were counted across ABC, CBS, NBC, Merit Street Media, Telemundo, Univision, CNBC, CNN, CNNe, FOX News Channel, FOX Business Network, MSNBC, Newsmax, NewsNation and PBS.<\/p>\n Fox News was the most watched with 10.67 million viewers, while ABC News, NBC News and CBS News all had between 4-5 million, according to Deadline<\/a><\/em>.<\/p>\n The publication also reports that viewership peaked in the 12:15 quarter hour while Trump gave his address. <\/p>\n The age brackets of those tuning in, per Nielsen, were 17.4 million as 55 and above, 4.67 million were 35-54 and 1.43 million were 18-34.<\/p>\n If you missed it, quite a few celebrities and notable figures attended<\/a> the Inauguration this year. <\/p>\n There was one detail at the event that raised some questions<\/a>\u2026<\/p>\n <\/span><\/p><\/div>\n
