Lindsay Arnold<\/strong><\/a> couldn\u2019t be happier with the results of her breast augmentation and lift<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m on day three post-op, and honestly, feeling really good today,\u201d Arnold, 31, said in a Sunday, January 19, TikTok<\/a>. \u201cYesterday was by far the hardest day. Surgery went great. Everything went as expected.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Dancing With the Stars<\/em><\/a> alum explained that she gave her surgeon a size range, which she initially thought would be 245cc to 300cc. However, leading up to the surgery, Arnold changed her mind to be in the 265cc to 285cc range \u2014 but was \u201cleaning more towards\u201d 265cc.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe\u2019ll kind of try them on during surgery and see what looks best on your frame, what fills everything out the best,\u201d Arnold noted. \u201cAnd so I was like, \u2018I will leave it up to you. I\u2019m leaning more towards 265[cc].\u2019 He also agreed, but said that he would do what looked best in surgery.\u201d<\/p>\n

Arnold noted that she went with the Motiva ergonomic implant. \u201cThe Motiva is a brand of silicone implant, and the ergonomic means the kind of, like, firmness of it. I wanted very natural, very like, supple, not super firm,\u201d she explained. \u201cSo you could do round or ergo, I think, [are] the different options. So I went with the Motiva Ergo.\u201d<\/p>\n

Ultimately, Arnold received a 265cc implant on both sides, which she said she was \u201cso happy\u201d with the size.<\/p>\n

The 30-year-old Dancing With The Stars alum opened up about her upcoming surgery in a TikTok video posted on Friday, December 27. \u201cGet ready with me while we talk about my breast augmentation,\u201d Arnold excitedly said while sitting on her floor in a purple sweatsuit. [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

As for her profile, Arnold decided on moderate plus and also chose to have the procedure over her muscle.<\/p>\n

\u201cMy surgeon does this quite frequently and believes in this technique a lot, because you do not have to cut into your pec muscle, which was very appealing to me,\u201d Arnold said. \u201cI\u2019m someone who\u2019s super active and I didn\u2019t want anything messing with my muscle function. The recovery is a lot easier because you don\u2019t have to wait for a muscle to heal.\u201d<\/p>\n

Arnold also received a \u201cGalaFLEX,\u201d which she explained is \u201can internal mesh bra that they put underneath.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cAfter about 18 months, it dissolves and becomes like collagen, but it\u2019s really just to help give support on the bottom, which I love so much,\u201d she said. \u201cSo there you have it. That\u2019s all the details about my brush, augmentation and lift. I am so happy with the results so far, and I know it\u2019s just going to keep getting better as they heal and settle in all the things.\u201d<\/p>\n
