Christina Haack<\/strong><\/a> (formerly known as Christina Hall) has been ordered to pay her estranged husband, Josh Hall<\/strong><\/a>, a portion of the earnings received from the sale of their Nashville, Tennessee, home.<\/p>\n \u201cNo later than five days after the close of escrow, Respondent (Christina) is ordered to deposit $150,000 from the sale of the home into Respondent\u2019s counsel\u2013client trust account that is interest-bearing with restricted access,\u201d the documents viewed by Life & Style<\/em> read.<\/p>\n Christina, 41, and Josh, 44, have been in the midst of a messy divorce since the former Texas real estate agent filed on July 16<\/a>, 2024. The Flip Off<\/em> star followed with a filing of her own the next day.<\/p>\n On July 24, Entertainment Tonight<\/em><\/a> reported that Christina accused Josh of trying to take $35,000 from her bank account<\/a> without her knowledge.<\/p>\n \u201cJosh was able to divert over $35,000 of my separate property rental income into his account,\u201d the Christina on the Coast<\/em> star claimed in the documents, per the outlet. \u201cI am asking for Josh to account for the funds taken and return them to me as those funds are specifically used to pay any loans, obligations, property taxes, insurance, and maintenance for these rental properties.\u201d<\/p>\n However, Josh denied the claims and alleged that the properties were used as short-term rentals throughout the duration of their marriage.<\/p>\n \u201cI have historically been responsible for managing both properties, which Christina gave me complete access to,\u201d the former police officer said in court documents. \u201c[Christina] made material to our financial accounts in anticipation of filing for divorce. To avoid any delay in paying vendors and other imminent expenses related to the properties, and to ensure guests were not impacted by nonpayment, I requested that the rental income be transferred to an account that I have access to.\u201d<\/p>\n Josh and Christina had previously signed on to star in The Flip Off<\/em> together before their split<\/a>, and the Christina in the Country<\/em> host recently revealed that she felt that Josh was \u201chard to film with\u201d on the set of the show.<\/p>\n \u201cHe\u2019d always get upset with me, like, \u2018Oh, my gosh, you did this,\u2019 or \u2018You did that.\u2019 And I\u2019m like, \u2018I\u2019m making a TV show,\u2019\u201d the HGTV star told Us Weekly<\/em><\/a> in an article published on January 9. \u201cUltimately, it was better that he left after episode 1 because the show would\u2019ve sucked.\u201d<\/p>\n She continued, \u201cThis isn\u2019t Josh\u2019s show. No one\u2019s going to miss that he\u2019s not in it. Josh is not a TV host, he\u2019s not a house flipper, he\u2019s not a designer. He was just my husband in it. With Tarek<\/strong> [El Moussa<\/strong>,] we built everything together, and I still have respect for him. I have no respect for Josh.\u201d<\/p>\n Both parties have taken digs at one another on social media<\/a> amid their divorce, and Christina didn\u2019t hold back her feelings about her ex during an interview on The Jeff Lewis Show<\/em><\/a> on Monday, January 13.<\/p>\n \u201cWe\u2019re going to be going to trial, I hear,\u201d Christina said after she revealed she had hired powerhouse divorce attorney Laura Wasser<\/strong>. \u201c[Josh] doesn\u2019t want to do mediation. It\u2019s going to be fun. I can\u2019t wait.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
