\u201cI\u2019m just gonna leave THIS right HERE for y\u2019all \u2026 \ud83c\udf39+\ud83c\udf39 \ud83d\ude0a,\u201d Sandra, 76, wrote via Instagram<\/a> on Friday, January 17, sharing a reel from her first date with Charles, 62.<\/p>\n

The reality stars met while attending Joan Vassos<\/strong><\/a>\u2019 \u201cMen Tell All\u201d episode, which aired in November 2024. Sandra knew Joan because they were both contestants on season 1 of The Golden Bachelor<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n

Charles, meanwhile, competed for Joan\u2019s final rose during season 1 of The Golden Bachelorette<\/em><\/a>. (Joan got engaged to Chock Chapple<\/strong> during the show\u2019s finale<\/a>.)<\/p>\n

I\u2019m so happy for my sweet friend Joan and her handsome beau Chock Chapple \u2764\ufe0f They were positively GLOWING \ud83d\udc8d\ud83c\udf39,\u201d the Golden Bachelor alum, 76, wrote via Instagram alongside a photo of her and Levingston at the finale, [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

While Sandra and Charles didn\u2019t find love on TV<\/a>, they sparked a connection while at \u201cMen Tell All,\u201d and Charles later slid into Sandra\u2019s DMs. It wasn\u2019t until the new year that the pair went on a proper date<\/a> while Sandra was in Los Angeles for the holidays. (Sandra is from Georgia.)<\/p>\n

\u201cSandra and I spent some time together right around New Year\u2019s Eve. We had a really, really great time together,\u201d Charles told BachelorNation.com<\/a> on Friday. \u201cThe vibe was amazing. Sandra is an incredible woman.\u201d<\/p>\n

Charles, who hails from California, praised Sandra for her \u201celegant charm and straightforwardness.\u201d He gushed about her being \u201cclassy\u201d and \u201cfun\u201d and \u201cfunny.\u201d<\/p>\n

The twosome enjoyed a night out in Pasadena for their first date, dining at Houston\u2019s, which was documented in Sandra\u2019s Instagram post.<\/p>\n

\u201cI got home by around 3 a.m.! Aren\u2019t seniors not supposed to be out past 10 p.m.?\u201d Charles teased. \u201cI told Sandra that the last time I got home that late was when I was in college. We had dinner and had a great conversation.\u201d<\/p>\n

The portfolio manager<\/a> said the dinner date was their \u201cmoment.\u201d<\/p>\n

After not finding The One in OG Golden Bachelor Gerry Turner, Joan Vassos was crowned the next lead of the series and ultimately got her happily ever after [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Sandra completely agreed with Charles\u2019 assessment of the evening. \u201cWe had a phenomenal conversation getting to know each other after dinner as well,\u201d she told the outlet. \u201cWe talked about our future, our kids, what we want in a relationship, the show, and so much more.\u201d<\/p>\n

She called Charles the \u201cultimate gentleman\u201d and a \u201ctreasure.\u201d Sandra added, \u201cCharles is chess, not checkers. It\u2019s so true. He\u2019s so sincere. A lot of men can seem that way and throw on the charm, but he\u2019s not that way, it\u2019s truly who he is.\u201d<\/p>\n

The marriage is forever.\u2019 He said, \u2018Go. Go!\u2019 My daughter, she said, \u2018Mom, I found my guy, you go find yours,\u2019\u201d Sandra, 75, [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Sandra, who is retired, said spending time with Charles<\/a> was \u201cone of the best dates I\u2019ve had in a long time,\u201d teasing that they also had sexual chemistry.<\/p>\n
