The Good American founder lives in a $17 million Hidden Hills mansion that she had built from scratch to her specifications.<\/p>\n

In May 2020, Life & Style<\/em> confirmed KoKo put her longtime residence on the market<\/a>. The Good American founder sold the property for a stunning $15.5 million in an off-market deal in early November 2020, according to People<\/em><\/a>. The hefty price tag is more than double what Khlo\u00e9 paid for the home six years ago: $7.2 million.<\/p>\n

Khlo\u00e9\u2019s dream home is directly next door to the newly built mansion belonging to her mom,\u00a0Kris Jenner<\/b><\/span><\/a>. Once she moved in, the reality star couldn\u2019t wait to share photos of her stunning new abode and its grounds. Daughter\u00a0True Thompson<\/span><\/a>, whom she shares with ex\u00a0Tristan Thompson<\/b><\/span><\/a>,\u00a0<\/span>loves to hang by the expansive pool over the summer whenever the kiddo can.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cWhen it comes to decorating their homes, they spare no expense,<\/a>\u201d a source previously told\u00a0Life & Style\u00a0<\/i>of the Kardashian-Jenner family. \u201cBetween filming their shows at home to entertaining and hosting parties at home and showing off their spaces on Instagram, they make sure that their homes are picture-perfect at all times.\u201d<\/p>\n

In the past, KoKo has used English interior designer\u00a0Martyn Lawrence Bullard<\/b>, whose services cost \u201ctens of thousands of dollars,\u201d the insider added, noting Khlo\u00e9\u2019s aesthetic is \u201cvery girly with modern touches.\u201d<\/p>\n

Additionally, the\u00a0Revenge Body<\/i>\u00a0host is known for keeping her space incredibly tidy. \u201cKhlo\u00e9 is the most organized, cleanest, most obsessive person I know in her own home,\u201d Kris revealed during a November 2019 episode of<\/span>\u00a0Keeping Up With the Kardashians<\/i>.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cI mean, the apple doesn\u2019t fall too far from the tree,\u201d the mother of six continued. \u201cWhen we were raising the kids, I was always cleaning and organizing and reorganizing and moving things around, so I kind of feel responsible.\u201d<\/p>\n
