Christina Haack<\/strong><\/a> (previously known as Christina Hall) and Josh Hall<\/strong><\/a>\u2019s divorce may be heading to the courtroom.<\/p>\n The Christina on the Coast<\/em> star, 41, said she and her estranged husband, 44, were \u201cnot even close\u201d to settling their divorce during the January 9 episode of Radio Andy\u2019s Jeff Lewis Live<\/em>.<\/p>\n \u201cWe\u2019re going to be going to trial I hear,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n Christina claimed that Josh \u201cdoesn\u2019t want to do mediation\u201d and inferred that he was slowing the process down.<\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s going to be fun,\u201d the HGTV star continued. \u201cCan\u2019t wait.\u201d<\/p>\n Josh and Christina both filed for divorce<\/a> in July 2024 after more than two years of marriage. The real estate professional asked for spousal support in his filing and requested that Christina\u2019s right to alimony be terminated. He also asked that his ex pay his attorney fees. Meanwhile, Christina requested that neither party be granted alimony.<\/p>\n \u201c[The court hasn\u2019t] ordered me yet but he\u2019s been asking me [for money],\u201d Christina told Jeff Lewis<\/strong> on his radio show. \u201cI\u2019ve already had to give a little something but then he bought a Bentley. I gave him money to live and he bought a Bentley but he also doesn\u2019t have a job so.\u201d<\/p>\n In response to the interview, Josh\u2019s spokesperson told Us Weekly<\/a><\/em>, \u201cHall is not available for comment, as he\u2019s continuing to live his life in the present and celebrating his beautiful new girlfriend\u2019s birthday.\u201d<\/p>\n The statement continued, \u201cWith that said, it\u2019s sad Christina must resort to low blows about her ex Josh to promote her new show. She should focus on her new boyfriend and stop talking about Josh. As the great Mariah Carey once sang, \u2018Why you so obsessed with me?\u2019 We wish Christina the best.\u201d<\/p>\n Josh\u2019s rep concluded, \u201cChristina knows nothing about Josh\u2019s life, and it\u2019s sad she keeps speculating. Her accusations are baseless.\u201d<\/p>\n Both Christina and Josh have reportedly moved on to new relationships amid their divorce \u2014 the former with Network Connex CEO Christopher LaRocca and the latter with model Stephanie Gabrys.<\/p>\n Despite the new romances, the former couple has continued to be tied up in drama surrounding their split. Prior to their divorce filings, Josh and Christina were slated to appear together on her new HGTV show, The Flip Off<\/em>, which premieres on January 29. However, a source told Us Weekly<\/em> days after their split that production was \u201cmoving forward\u201d without Josh.<\/p>\n Christina later told Us Weekly<\/em><\/a> that Josh was \u201cvery hard to film with<\/a>\u201d in the time that he was working on The Flip Off<\/em>.<\/p>\n \u201cHe\u2019d always get upset with me, like, \u2018Oh, my gosh, you did this,\u2019 or \u2018You did that.\u2019 And I\u2019m like, \u2018I\u2019m making a TV show,\u2019\u201d she said on January 9. \u201cUltimately, it was better that he left after episode 1 because the show would\u2019ve sucked.\u201d<\/p>\n
