Taylor Swift<\/strong><\/a>\u2018s Watch Hill, Rhode Island, mansion appears to be getting a makeover, with construction apparatus seen on the property.<\/p>\n A fan shared a video<\/a> to TikTok on January 10, showing what appeared to be a newer room on the second floor with new siding as well. It was taken from just past the seawall next to the home\u2019s private beach.<\/p>\n Over the video, user biggie.slime wrote, \u201cConstruction on Taylor Swift\u2019s house in RI,\u201d and asked in the caption, \u201cAnyone know what she\u2019s doing?\u201d<\/p>\n One user said that Taylor, 35, was doing \u201ca kitchen remodel, enlarging a bedroom suite by turning the current bedroom into a bathroom\/lounge and re-adding the bedroom with an additional 400 sq. feet,\u201d according to public permit building records.<\/p>\n Fans had plenty of guesses in the comments. \u201cBuilding that nursery,\u201d one wrote, amid speculation Taylor wants to start a family<\/a> with boyfriend Travis Kelce<\/strong>. Another person added, \u201cA baby wing!\u201d<\/p>\n Others guessed that it might be a recording studio, while another wrote \u201cWedding prep<\/a>\u201d with a fingers crossed emoji.<\/p>\n Taylor purchased the 11,000-square-foot estate in 2013, paying $17.75 million in a reportedly all-cash deal. At the time she bought it, the mansion featured eight fireplaces and 10 bathrooms, a huge backyard patio and a giant pool.<\/p>\n The house sits on sits on 5.23 acres of land and is the highest point in Watch Hill.
