Kendra Wilkinson<\/strong><\/a> knows she\u2019s not that girl anymore.<\/p>\n

The Girls Next Door<\/em><\/a> alum and Playboy<\/em> founder Hugh Hefner<\/strong>\u2019s former live-in girlfriend took to Instagram on Sunday, January 12, to defend her appearance amid social media criticism over her weight.<\/p>\n

\u201cYes, I\u2019ve gained weight. Yes, I\u2019m aging. Yes, I\u2019m not that girl I was before (Playboy girl) \ud83e\udd23 but for once in a long time I feel good and mentally healthy,\u201d Wilkinson, 39, wrote alongside a full-mirror selfie of her physique.<\/p>\n

The mom-of-two, who shares son Hank IV<\/a>, 15, and daughter Alijah, 10, with ex-husband Hank Baskett<\/strong><\/a>, added, \u201cKids are my everything. Feeling pretty balanced. Working out and cooking a lot more. Golf, work. No housekeeper or nanny.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Kendra Sells Hollywood<\/em> star said she is happy with her appearance, though she admitted she will be keeping an eye on her alcohol consumption.<\/p>\n

\u201cFor those of you hating on my new weight, 40 yr old face please know that I\u2019m happy, healthy and at peace in life finally. Leave me alone and respect that I\u2019m where I actually want to be finally all together,\u201d she wrote.<\/p>\n

Wilkinson added that being a parent is \u201ca full-time job,\u201d saying, \u201cThey\u2019re both into basketball, and they\u2019re both really, really successful at basketball.\u201d She also said of her son Hank, \u201cHe\u2019s on his way to the NBA, like big time, and I hope we all get a chance to see all that happen.\u201d<\/p>\n
