The Bachelor<\/span><\/i><\/a> alum<\/span> Kelsey Anderson<\/b><\/a> shared an update about her wedding plans amid her engagement to <\/span>Joey Graziadei<\/b><\/a>,<\/span>\u00a0including her potential outfit changes and when they plan to walk down the aisle.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019m really excited to start planning it. We are planning it in the next six months,\u201d Kelsey, 26, told People<\/em><\/a> after she was named the face of David\u2019s Bridal\u2019s newest collection on Tuesday, January 7.<\/p>\n After noting that she and Joey, 29, are \u201cnot getting married this year,\u201d she admitted that they haven\u2019t chosen a date or location<\/a> yet.<\/p>\n \u201cPossibly next year or the following, because we got engaged so fast, we got engaged in two months. So we want to really take our time still getting to know each other and be really serious about the wedding, and we don\u2019t want it to be a stressful thing,\u201d Kelsey explained. \u201cWe want to be able to enjoy the process of picking out the things that matter most to us in our wedding.\u201d<\/p>\n While Kelsey and Joey haven\u2019t solidified any plans<\/a> for their wedding, she did share that they are considering doing a first look ahead of their ceremony.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019ve heard such good things about it just saying how the first look was that moment between them and their partner, and it was very special,\u201d she told the outlet. \u201cAnd then they were also able to take pictures after, which was very convenient so that they could go straight to the reception after. Joey really loves that idea, and I\u2019m definitely open to it.\u201d<\/p>\n No matter how Joey sees Kelsey for the first time in her wedding gown, she predicted that he will get emotional during the special moment. \u201cI think he\u2019s going to cry for sure, and I hope he cries, because I think that that\u2019s always so special whenever there\u2019s just a lot of emotions,\u201d Kelsey said. \u201cI definitely think he\u2019s going to be emotional.\u201d<\/p>\n Another part of the wedding that she teased was about her wedding gown, and she revealed she was considering doing \u201ca wardrobe change\u201d so that she can comfortably move on the dance floor.<\/p>\n \u201cI also love the dramatics of a veil and things like that, so I think that I also am going to love just the idea of changing into a new dress,\u201d she said, adding that a second dress would help her because she is \u201cvery indecisive\u201d when it comes to picking out outfits.<\/p>\n Kelsey \u2013 who ggot engaged to Joey during the <\/span>Bachelor<\/span><\/i> season 28 finale<\/span><\/a> in March 2024 \u2013 added that their wedding will honor their late family members, including his late grandmother and <\/span>her mother, Denise<\/span><\/a>, who died in 2018 following her battle with breast cancer.<\/p>\n \u201cI would love to do something that incorporates both of them in our special day because I feel like both of them shaped who we are and they have a big role in our life of why we are where we are now and how we got to here,\u201d Kelsey said. \u201cI was thinking maybe that could be within the flowers or little details in the wedding that just makes them feel like they\u2019re there with us and close to us through it all.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
