He was released later that day after posting $25,000 bail. Following an investigation, the Napa County District Attorney\u2019s Office later dismissed the charges on September 24, 2024.<\/p>\n \u201cI am incredibly relieved and grateful that the domestic violence charges against me have been dropped,\u201d Artem told E! News<\/em> in a statement on September 25, 2024. \u201cThis has been an extremely difficult time for me. I am thankful that the truth has prevailed.\u201d<\/p>\n Although Artem faced no legal repercussions, his marriage to Nikki came to an end when she filed for divorce<\/a> on September 11, 2024, citing August 29, 2024, as the official date of separation.<\/p>\n The ABC alum responded to Nikki\u2019s filing by filing his own divorce paperwork on September 13, 2024.
