It\u2019s no secret that 2024 was a great year for Taylor Swift<\/strong><\/a>, and the pop star\u2019s friends couldn\u2019t agree more. Jeslyn Gorman<\/strong>, one of the backup vocalists on the Eras tour, shared a throwback photo of herself, Taylor and other friends from their time together.<\/p>\n In the picture<\/a>, several women, along with Taylor, 35, and Jeslyn, lounge on a yacht. Taylor could be seen sporting a colorful bikini and a beige baseball cap. Jeslyn also included several other moments captured in 2024, including another image of herself and the \u201cWho\u2019s Afraid of Little Old Me?\u201d singer. In the other photo, posed in an archway while neon lights behind them.<\/p>\n Jeslyn, who has been with Taylor since her days on the Red tour, listed off several things she \u201clearned in 2024.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cJoy is medicine. Grace is a beautiful gift that we don\u2019t give ourselves enough of. Don\u2019t sweat the small stuff, you have a life to enjoy. Generosity not only lifts someone else up, but it magically also lifts you up. We are capable of way more than we can imagine,\u201d she wrote via Instagram on January 4. \u201cStrength and resilience is the result of discomfort and hard work. My chosen family is pretty freaking awesome. TikTok is very useful for travel plans. I am loved beyond my wildest dreams. Boundaries are important. As long as your mind is strong, you can make it through anything.\u201d<\/p>\n Jeslyn added that it was \u201cokay to balance and feel both joy and heartbreak\u201d and that people shouldn\u2019t worry about what others think about them because \u201cwhat matters is what you think of yourself.\u201d<\/p>\n She concluded, \u201cTravel is a spiritual experience, you learn a lot about yourself. Having a safe, vulnerable space to express yourself is a privilege. You can\u2019t fix everything.. and that\u2019s okay. Every day is a new opportunity to be your best self, to choose grace, to choose joy, to choose love. To more love in 2025.\u201d<\/p>\n Taylor finished up her iconic Eras tour run<\/a> on December 8, 2024, after spending 21 months traveling the globe. She made stops in 54 countries and performed 149 shows on five continents. The Miss Americana<\/em> star got emotional during her last performance<\/a> in Vancouver when she called the Eras tour the \u201cadventure of a lifetime.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cI speak on behalf of my band \u2026 my fellow performers who all left their families and have spent time away from everything that they know and love and have performed when they were sick,\u201d Taylor told the crowd of 60,000 at B.C.
