Shortly after 2024 came to an end, so did viral influencers Tyler Bergantino<\/strong> and Gabby Gonzalez\u2019s<\/strong> relationship. Tyler revealed the two had gone their separate ways in a TikTok video.<\/p>\n \u201cGabby and I broke up. We had a lot of different beliefs,\u201d Tyler, 31, said in the video he shared<\/a> on Thursday, January 2. \u201cThe distance, not only physically but where we were at in our [lives,] I think just ended up being too much, and that\u2019s OK.\u201d<\/p>\n He continued, \u201cBreakups<\/a> suck, you know? And the public eye breakup is new for me. It\u2019s definitely something that amplifies everything. I just wanted to let you guys know because you\u2019ve been involved from the very beginning in Miami, and you\u2019ve cared for us and you\u2019ve supported us and I wanted to let you guys know because I know you guys wanted us to work out, and so did I.\u201d<\/p>\n Tyler, who appeared to become a bit emotional during the clip, added that his and Gabby\u2019s split wasn\u2019t going to be \u201cone of those toxic social media breakups\u201d and he didn\u2019t want fans to \u201cpick sides.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cI wish her nothing but the best,\u201d Tyler confessed. \u201cI wish her happiness. I hope she finds everything that she\u2019s looking for. The story that we had was amazing. The stars aligned. I mean, everything falling into place as perfectly as it did, neither of us can take credit for that. Like, nobody can take credit for that. That was one of those God things, and just please keep us in your prayers because this is not an easy route to navigate. But, I just want to say that there\u2019s still love out there and there\u2019s love out there for me, there\u2019s love out there for you. Your person\u2019s out there.\u201d<\/p>\n He also wanted to assure people that \u201cjust because it didn\u2019t work out for [him] that those random encounters that lead to love or lead to a spark don\u2019t exist.\u201d<\/p>\n Gabby, 21, also shared her own statement on her and Tyler\u2019s breakup and explained that she wanted to \u201caddress the fact\u201d that she and the South Carolina native were \u201cno longer dating.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cI wish him nothing but the best,\u201d Gabby said in the video shared via TikTok<\/a> on the same day as Tyler\u2019s. \u201cHe\u2019s just not my person, and I\u2019m not his.\u201d<\/p>\n Tyler and Gabby stole the hearts of social media<\/a> users when their meet-cute went viral on TikTok in June 2024. The two bonded over their heights with the former Massachusetts Minutemen player standing at 6-foot-9 and Gabby at 6-foot-1 when he inquired about her height in an on-the-street interview. Tyler later followed Gabby on social media, but she was the one to make the first move by sliding into his DMs.<\/p>\n Later that month, the former couple revealed to People<\/em><\/a> that they had sparked up a relationship and that they were starting a podcast together.<\/p>\n \u201cIt was so weird because I was going into this thinking, \u2018OK, cool, this is just going to be a typical collab.\u2019 But then when we started talking, I felt like I knew her my whole life,\u201d Tyler said in an interview with Today.com<\/a> on June 13, 2024. \u201cIt was the weirdest thing.
