Lily-Rose Depp was “traumatised” after watching her father Johnny Depp<\/a> in ‘Edward Scissorhands’ when she was little. <\/p>\n

Lily-Rose Depp was ‘traumatised’ after watching dad Johnny Depp in Edward Scissorhands<\/p>\n

The actress – who is the daughter of the ‘Pirates of the Caribbean’ actor and singer Vanessa Paradis<\/a> – has reflected on being frightened when she saw her father playing a man with scissor blades for hands in the 1990 film at the age of three.<\/p>\n

She told Harper’s Bazaar: “I was traumatised by it. Not because I thought he was scary, but because everyone was being so mean to him and I got really upset.”<\/p>\n

The ‘Nosferatu’ star went on to explain that she found the ending of Tim Burton<\/a>‘s film – when the people of the town turn on her father’s character Edward – particularly distressing and has refused to watch it since. <\/p>\n

She added: “I remember being petrified by that, which is weird, because I don\u2019t have many memories from when I was that young.”<\/p>\n

\nLily-Rose has also admitted that she is “super in love” with 070 Shake. <\/p>\n

\nThe 25-year-old star started dating the rapper\/singer – real name Danielle Balbuena – in 2023 and is willing to discuss the relationship publicly because she is “so happy” with her partner.<\/p>\n

\nShe said: “I\u2019m tearing up! It\u2019s so crazy. I must be jet-lagged. She\u2019s just the most amazing person I\u2019ve ever met. <\/p>\n

\n“Honestly, the most kind-hearted person. I\u2019m super in love and I\u2019m super happy. I\u2019ve always been really private about my personal life, but it\u2019s hard not to talk about her because I\u2019m so happy.”<\/p>\n

\n‘The Idol’ actress added: “It\u2019s just when you know, you know … Love is love. You fall in love with who you fall in love with. It\u2019s never seemed more complicated than that.”<\/p>\n
