Jocelyn Wildenstein<\/strong>, the socialite famously known as the \u201cCatwoman,\u201d filmed a reality television show before her death<\/a>,\u00a0 TMZ<\/a> reports.<\/p>\n

Wildenstein died Tuesday, December 31, in Paris at the age of 84, her partner, Lloyd Klein<\/strong>, said.<\/p>\n

On Wednesday, January 1, after news of her death broke, TMZ reported that Wildenstein filmed a reality project last year, citing production sources, though noted that the show has yet to land a deal with a network.<\/p>\n

According to the outlet, the show centered around Wildenstein moving from her home in Miami to Los Angeles and Klein\u2019s attempts to relaunch his fashion brand, Lloyd Klein Couture. The show is said to be different from an HBO docuseries that Wildenstein first mentioned in a June 2023 interview with the U.K.\u2019s Sunday Times<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n

On Wednesday, Klein told AFP<\/a> that the Swiss socialite died in Paris while staying in a luxury hotel after suffering a pulmonary embolism. A pulmonary embolism is a blood clot that \u201cblocks and stops blood flow\u201d to an artery in the lung, per the Mayo Clinic.<\/p>\n

An \u201cicon is gone,\u201d Klein told the outlet, noting he is in \u201cpain\u201d over the loss of Wildenstein.<\/p>\n

Before her death, Wildenstein (born Jocelyne P\u00e9risset) made headlines for her extreme plastic surgery<\/a> that made her resemble a feline. The work led to her being dubbed \u201cCatwoman.\u201d<\/p>\n

After her first surgery in the late \u201970s, fans began comparing Wildenstein\u2019s eye lift to that of a lynx, which she had as a pet.<\/p>\n

Wildenstein was also known for her marriage to billionaire art dealer Alec Wildenstein<\/strong>. The two wed in 1978 and divorced in 1999. Their split and legal battle was heavily covered by the media.<\/p>\n
