The late One Direction singer, 31, plunged to his death from the third-floor balcony of his room at the Casa Sur Hotel in Buenos Aires, Argentina, on 16 October \u2013 and a judge has now told of the performer\u2019s final hours in court papers as five people were charged in connection with the tragedy.<\/p>\n
Describing Liam\u2019s shock passing as \u201cforeseeable\u201d, Judge Laura Bruniard repeated the theory in French documents the performer \u201ctried to leave the room through the balcony and thus fell\u201d.<\/p>\n
Liam\u2019s representative Rogelio \u2018Roger\u2019 Nores is charged with negligent homicide and is accused of leaving Liam on his own in the hotel where he died in a \u201cstate of vulnerability\u201d.<\/p>\n
Hotel workers, head receptionist Esteban Grassi and chief of security Gilda Mart\u00edn are also charged with manslaughter.<\/p>\n
\nBraian Paiz, 24, has been charged with supplying narcotics for payment, alongside hotel employee Ezequiel Pereyra, 21, who is also charged with supplying drugs to Liam on two occasions days before his death.<\/p>\n
\nBoth have been refused bail.<\/p>\n
\nToxicology tests have revealed that before his death, Liam had traces of alcohol, cocaine, and a prescription antidepressant in his body.<\/p>\n
\nJudge Bruniard also said about the two hotel employees she has charged with manslaughter about how they let Liam return to his room even though he had binged on drink and drugs: \u201cI consider that they didn\u2019t act maliciously with regards to the singer\u2019s death but they were reckless in facilitating his transfer to his room by taking him there.<\/p>\n
\n\u201cThey created a legally unacceptable risk and Liam Payne\u2019s death is the result.<\/p>\n
\n\u201cLiam wanted to climb over the balcony, fell into the abyss and died.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nThe judge added Liam had been \u201cdemanding\u201d drugs and alcohol while staying at the hotel and said on the day of his shock passing he was \u201cunable to stand\u201d in the hotel lobby due to \u201cconsumption of various substances\u201d.<\/p>\n
\nCourt documents also showed the judge said just before 5pm on the day he died Liam was clearly \u201cunable to look after himself\u201d and had \u201cclearly fainted\u201d in the hotel lobby.<\/p>\n
\nThe singer was then \u201cdragged\u201d to his room by the receptionist and two others, which the manager allowed to happen \u201cat least by omission\u201d.<\/p>\n
\nJudge Bruniard added Liam\u2019s \u201caltered\u201d consciousness and access to a balcony from his hotel room meant the \u201cproper thing to do\u201d would have been to \u201cleave him in a safe place and with company until a doctor arrived\u201d.<\/p>\n
