He told The Sun newspaper: “I got nothing higher than a grade D, and everything else I failed or I didn\u2019t turn up for. I really want to go back and get them …<\/p>\n
“All my life I\u2019ve felt really stupid because we didn\u2019t know about \u00addyslexia in the Seventies and Eighties in Stoke-on-Trent.<\/p>\n
“I\u2019ve got dyslexia, dyscalculia, ADHD, but we didn\u2019t have those then, so I left school thinking I was a dumb-dumb and it\u2019s taken ages to get over that.<\/p>\n
“And now I just wanna go and prove a few people wrong – I\u2019m not thick. Now that I\u2019ve said that, I\u2019m s****** myself\u2009… maybe I am!”<\/p>\n
He went on to add he thinks it could also be an interesting idea for a TV show, explaining: “I can\u2019t remember my English teacher\u2019s name, but I was thinking there might be an interesting TV show in it, where I have to go back to school\u2009…\u2009but obviously in an age- appropriate way!”<\/p>\n
It comes after Robbie recently admitted he’s now in the “best place” he’s ever been with his mental health thanks to the love and support of his wife Ayda Field and their four children.<\/p>\n
The Take That star told the Telegraph magazine: “I\u2019ve struggled with mental illness, and all the way through the most successful parts of my career, I couldn\u2019t derive joy from them.<\/p>\n
“There\u2019s been a couple of decades, maybe a bit more, of just depression, anxiety, agoraphobia, dyslexia, dyscalculia – all the things we diagnose our friends with at dinner parties, I\u2019ve got them.<\/p>\n
“Through working on myself, through seeking help and taking help, and through the love of a good woman and four kids, and just growing up and maturing, I\u2019m in the best place that I\u2019ve ever been.”<\/p>\n
