It Ends With Us<\/em> actor Brandon Sklenar<\/strong><\/a> chose holiday cheer as Blake Lively<\/strong><\/a>\u2018s lawsuit against their costar and director Justin Baldoni<\/strong><\/a> made headlines.<\/p>\n

Sklenar, 34, was spotted getting festive with Miles Teller<\/strong> and his wife, Keleigh Teller<\/strong>, along with Chace Crawford<\/strong> and more friends. \u201cAnnual white elephant x @drinkolipop \ud83d\udc18 \ud83c\udf84,\u201d Keleigh, 32, captioned an Instagram<\/a> photo dump on Sunday, December 22.<\/p>\n

She shared a glimpse of holiday decor \u2014 including stockings and a dazzling Christmas tree \u2014 and included a group shot of the guests. Sklenar could be seen in the back corner as partygoers showed off their gifts.<\/p>\n

Sklenar starred alongside Lively, 37, and Baldoni, 40, in the film adaptation of Colleen Hoover<\/strong>\u2018s popular novel, which hit theaters this summer. As the cast promoted the movie\u2019s release, fans began to wonder whether there was tension between Lively \u2014 who also served as a producer \u2014 and Baldoni. Despite playing love interests on screen, the pair weren\u2019t seen doing press together or posing with each other on red carpets.<\/p>\n

\u201cThere were two camps on the film \u2014 team Blake and team Justin,\u201d a source exclusively told Us Weekly<\/em><\/a> in August. \u201cThis creative struggle set the tone for the negative experience behind the scenes and grew into them not speaking anymore.\u201d<\/p>\n

While rumors swirled of drama between the two leads, Lively also faced backlash for seemingly downplaying the movie\u2019s domestic violence plot line as she did press. (Her character, Lily, escapes an abusive relationship with Ryle, played by Baldoni, with help from her old flame Atlas, played by Sklenar. She eventually shared domestic violence resources online.)<\/p>\n

Sklenar addressed the controversy<\/a> in a lengthy Instagram statement shared in August, appearing to come to Lively\u2019s defense. \u201cColleen and the women of this cast stand for hope, perseverance, and for women choosing a better life for themselves. Vilifying the women who put so much of their heart and soul into making this film because they believe so strongly in its message seems counterproductive and detracts from what this film is about,\u201d he wrote at the time. \u201cIt is, in fact, the opposite of the point.\u201d<\/p>\n

He continued, \u201cWhat may or may not have happened behind the scenes does not and hopefully should not detract from what our intentions were in making this film. It\u2019s been disheartening to see the amount of negativity being projected online.\u201d<\/p>\n

Sklenar insisted that \u201cthere isn\u2019t a single person involved in the making of this film\u201d that wasn\u2019t \u201caware of the responsibility we had in making this,\u201d adding, \u201cThis movie is a harsh reality check for the men who need to get their s\u2014 together and take responsibility for themselves and their actions.\u201d<\/p>\n

Months after It Ends With Us<\/em> hit theaters, the drama resurfaced. News broke on Saturday, December 21, that Lively sued Baldoni<\/a> for sexual harassment and \u201csevere emotional distress.\u201d<\/p>\n

According to Lively\u2019s complaint, a meeting was held during the film\u2019s production to address some of her concerns regarding a \u201chostile work environment\u201d on set. She requested that there be \u201cno more showing nude videos or images of women to Blake, no more mention of Baldoni\u2019s alleged previous \u2018pornography addiction,\u2019 no more discussions about sexual conquests in front of Blake and others, no further mentions of cast and crew\u2019s genitalia, no more inquiries about Blake\u2019s weight, and no further mention of Blake\u2019s dead father,\u201d as well as \u201cno more adding of sex scenes, oral sex or on camera climaxing by BL outside the scope of the script BL approved when signing onto the project.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tMonths after a reported rift between It Ends With Us costars Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni, she sued him for sexual harassment. In the lawsuit, which was filed on Friday, December 20, and obtained by Us Weekly after it was reported on by TMZ and The New York Times, Lively accused Baldoni of launching a [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Lively further claimed that Baldoni orchestrated a \u201csocial manipulation\u201d campaign to \u201cdestroy\u201d her reputation. Baldoni\u2019s lawyer, Bryan Freedman<\/strong>, denied the \u201ccompletely false, outrageous and intentionally salacious\u201d accusations in a statement to Us<\/em>, claiming Lively filed her complaint in order to \u201cfix her negative reputation.\u201d<\/p>\n
