According to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hollywoodreporter.com\/movies\/movie-news\/justin-baldoni-dropped-wme-blake-lively-files-sues-sexual-harassment-1236092355\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.hollywoodreporter.com\/movies\/movie-news\/justin-baldoni-dropped-wme-blake-lively-files-sues-sexual-harassment-1236092355\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><em>The Hollywood Reporter<\/em><\/a>, WME leadership made the decision on Saturday (Dec. 21, 2024) to sever ties with Baldoni, mainly <a href=\"https:\/\/socialitelife.com\/blake-lively-accuses-it-ends-with-us-co-star-justin-baldoni-of-sexual-harassment-attempt-to-destroy-her-reputation-after-rumored-feud\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/socialitelife.com\/blake-lively-accuses-it-ends-with-us-co-star-justin-baldoni-of-sexual-harassment-attempt-to-destroy-her-reputation-after-rumored-feud\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">in response to the sexual harassment complaint filed against the actor\/director<\/a> by his <a href=\"https:\/\/socialitelife.com\/tag\/it-ends-with-us\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>It Ends With Us<\/em><\/a> costar <a href=\"https:\/\/socialitelife.com\/tag\/blake-lively\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Blake Lively<\/a> on Friday (Dec. 20, 2024). Lively continues to maintain her representation with WME.<\/p>\n<p>On Friday, Lively initiated legal action against Baldoni, claiming his conduct on the set of It Ends With Us \u2014 where he served as star, director and producer \u2014 resulted in \u201csevere emotional distress.\u201d (Lively also executive produced the film and portrayed the main character Lily Bloom.)<\/p>\n<p>The legal documents reveal that a meeting took place during production in January 2024 to address Lively&#8217;s concerns about the \u201chostile work environment\u201d on set.
