The 38-year-old, who confirmed on 12 April he would travel from his home in the US without his wife Meghan and their two children \u2013 nine days after the RSVP deadline for replies to invites had passed \u2013 is said to have shared a \u201cwillingness\u201d with Charles to \u201cmend on both sides\u201d during the chat, which came amid the fallout from Harry\u2019s memoir and tell-all interviews about the royal family.<\/p>\n

Their apparently emotional talk was reported by The Sun, which said sources told them it \u201cended months of no contact\u201d between the pair.<\/p>\n

But the newspaper said Harry has \u201cnot spoken\u201d to his older brother Prince William<\/a>, 40, ahead of his visit to London on 6 May, when they will see their father, 74, crowned alongside his 75-year-old wife Queen Consort Camilla at Westminster Abbey.<\/p>\n

The Sun also said it\u2019s understood there was \u201ccorrespondence with Buckingham Palace\u201d before Harry accepted his coronation invite.<\/p>\n

\nIt added insiders say the king is \u201chappy\u201d with his son\u2019s decision to travel to London, and \u201cunderstanding\u201d of why Meghan, 41, is staying at their home to look after their 22-month-old daughter Princess Lilibet and Prince Archie, as his fourth birthday falls on the same day as the coronation.<\/p>\n

\nThe Sun added: \u201cMeghan is said to back Harry\u2019s decision and is only staying behind because of the clash with Archie\u2019s birthday.\u201d<\/p>\n

\nCharles said in a speech on Friday (14.04.23) he had \u201cimmense pride\u201d in both Harry and William, who are said to have not spoken since the release of Harry\u2019s memoir \u2018Spare\u2019, in which he claims he was assaulted by his older sibling during a row that he says included Meghan being branded \u201crude and difficult\u201d.<\/p>\n

\nCharles will reportedly mark his coronation by only appearing on the Buckingham Palace with working royals.<\/p>\n

\nHis apparent plan is thought to be part of the monarch\u2019s aim to show he is having a more \u201cslimmed down\u201d ceremony when he is crowned, according to royal sources.<\/p>\n

\nThe Daily Mirror said it had seen \u201cdetailed\u201d outlines about the big day that show the king Camilla \u2013 who will be known as the Queen after he is crowned \u2013 have decided to say thanks to fans on the balcony alongside royals who have dedicated their lives to public service.<\/p>\n

\nIt said the Prince and Princess of Wales will appear with their three children \u2013 Prince George, nine, Princess Charlotte, seven, and four-year-old Prince Louis, on the famous balcony.<\/p>\n

\nThe Mirror added in the report there were no plans to include Harry and Meghan among the final group of 15.<\/p>\n

\nAlso set to join the balcony set are the new Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh, Prince Edward and his wife Sophie, the Duke of Kent, 87, and Princess Alexandra, 86, as will the Duke and Duchess of Gloucester.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
