Meghan Trainor<\/strong><\/a>\u2019s lips are movin\u2019 again.<\/p>\n

The singer says \u201cthe movement is coming back\u201d to her face after a recent botox blunder<\/a> left her physically unable to smile.<\/p>\n

Trainor, 30, revealed exactly what happened<\/a> on the Thursday, December 12 episode of Today with Hoda and Jenna<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cI got what\u2019s called a lip flip,\u201d she explained. \u201cIt was my first ever. And everyone was like, \u2018You\u2019re gonna love it, you little lips.\u2019 And I didn\u2019t love it because I couldn\u2019t smile and I was like \u2014\u201d<\/p>\n

Trainor then contorted her face, attempting to show the cohosts what she looked like post-Botox fail.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tIt\u2019s often thought that celebrities who\u2019ve had plastic surgery will go to any lengths to hide their secret, but stars from Ronnie Ortiz-Magro to Courteney Cox have been candid about their experiences going under the knife. Some celebrities have even shared their plastic surgery nightmares. Heidi Montag, for example, developed health problems due to her [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Despite the experience being what she called \u201cthe most painful thing,\u201d Trainor was able to look back on it with humor, even going so far as to poke fun at herself for not realizing what she was getting into.<\/p>\n

\u201cAnd I was like, \u2018This is gonna look great!\u2019 And my dad walked in while I was having it, and I was like, \u2018Oh no,’\u201d she explained, adding that she received additional Botox.\u201cin my jaw because they say it can help you with clenching.\u201d She believes \u201cthe mixture of the two\u201d led to the overall Botox debacle.<\/p>\n

Today<\/em> cohost Jenna Bush Hager<\/strong> joked that Trainor could now give a PSA about the possible risks of Botox injections. Turns out, Trainor did exactly that on the November 20 episode of her \u201cWorkin On It\u201d podcast.<\/p>\n

\u201cTo all my fellow girlies out there who\u2019s in your 30s: Hi, I got too much Botox. I need help,\u201d she said with a laugh. \u201cI messed up. Listen, I\u2019ve had Botox, like, a handful of times \u2026 just in my forehead and someone convinced me, with my little lips, that if you did a lip flip, you put filler right above your upper lip that you could have a beautiful flip on your upper lip. And I could have one for the first time in my whole 30 years of living. It was not true.\u201d<\/p>\n

Although her Botox experience did not go as planned, Trainor has explained why she wanted the treatment in the first place.<\/p>\n
